Draws with new times are now posted. With the number of matches that didn't get played Saturday due to rain and the number of matches needed to be scheduled to finish the tournament, the format is as follows; Short sets 0 to 4 games(no-ad) with a 10 point Coman tie break in lieu of third set.
5 minute warm up will be strictly enforced due to the necessity to keep the match schedules running on time.

Format of Play
Adult Scheduled Format for Singles & Doubles: Two-of-three tie break sets with ad scoring will be used for all main draw matches. Singles Consolation Draw Match Format: Two-of-three tie break sets with ad scoring and a match tie-break (10 pt) in lieu of the third set. No Consolation for Doubles. Weather conditions during the tournament may changes this scheduled format.

Site Abbreviations on Draw: The Courtyard Tennis Club (CYTC) and St Stephen' Episcopal School (SSES)
On the draws, matches scheduled for the Courtyard Tennis Club will have CYTC next to the time. It is located at 5608 Courtyard Drive; Austin, TX 78731. Matches scheduled for St Stephen's Episcopal School will have SSES next to the time. It is located at 6500 St Stephens Dr.; Austin, TX 78746. Due to traffic, please plan to arrive at the tournament sites 30 minutes before your scheduled match time.

Excessive Overrule Guideline: The USTA Texas Officials Committee along with the Competitive Department has established a guideline in reference to excessive overrules as clarified in the Friend at Court. This guideline states "Once a player has been overruled for a second time in a match, they will be cautioned that after another overrule, they will be penalized for unsportsmanlike conduct under the point penalty system."

Inappropriate umpire/spectator communication, whether it be about a ruling or any other facet of a tennis event is prohibited while a match is in progress. Being a parent, coach, etc. does not endow special privileges. With the only exception of the right to remove their own child from competition at any time, a parent or coach is merely a spectator.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Friday, February 24, 2017 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
