University of Washington Guest Housing
Housing is available to players of the Washington State Open and
National USTA 60's Indoor Championships at the University of
Washington from Sunday, June 18 through Thursday, August 31,

Call the UW office at 206-685-5673. When making a request for Guest
housing, please list UW Men's Head Tennis Coach "Matt Anger" as the
UW offers short term (less than 10 nights) and long-term housing
rates (10 nights or longer). They have several different room
types. Please note that the rooms are per person, per night NOT
per room. Call for rates.
In order to confirm your reservation, please complete the online
reservation form and submit prepayment, or the minimum reservation
deposit no later than 7 calendar days prior to arrival. A
reservation must be made for each overnight guest. Guests under the
age of 18 may stay with us when accompanied by a parent or
guardian. Reservations are processed on a space-available basis and
are nontransferable. Available housing inventory is limited and
early applications are encouraged.

or other lodging websites. Seattle neighborhoods that are an easy
10-minute commute from the Club include: Madrona, Leschi, Madison
Park and Capitol Hill.
Player Selection Type
For Adult and Senior National Rankings: Men's and Women's 60s will calculate as a Category I (10x). Champions will receive 1000 points. Mixed divisions are currently not ranked.

Practice Courts will be available indoors and outdoors August 19 and 20; outdoor practice courts only will be available once play begins August 21
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Registration is online and only USTA members can register; there are no printed entry forms. The preferred registration method is via the online registration system. If you wish, you can print the form and mail it in to save about $6 per event entered. Cost by mail is: FIRST EVENT - $85; SECOND/THIRD EVENTS - $65 each. Men's and mixed events will have a sign-up consolation for first match losers only. Women's singles and doubles will be a full feed-in consolation
Crabel Capital Men's 60's Singles and Doubles Divisions 10k Prize Money: Singles Winner $2,000; Singles Finalist $1,500; Singles 3rd Place $1,100; Singles 4th Place $700; Singles Quarterfinalists $350. Doubles Winners $1,300; Consolation Singles Winner $200; Consolation Singles Finalist $100; Doubles Finalists $900; Doubles 3rd Place $600; Doubles 4th Place $200. Any player who wins prize money in any division will be required to complete a W-9 tax form.
Women's & Mixed Prize Money: Cash awards, based on the number of entrants, will be given in all events.
Welcome Reception/Registration on the patio Sunday, August 20 from 4-6pm
Pasta Dinner at a nearby member's home Monday evening at 6:30pm (guest welcome)
Salmon Barbeque on the lawn Thursday evening at 6:30pm (guests welcome for $30)
Continental Breakfast will be served each morning
All events are complimentary for registered players
The Seattle Tennis Club observes a white dress code and it will be enforced during the tournament. Each article of clothing must be 2/3 white. Hats and socks must be white, but outerwear and/or warm-ups may be colored. Shoes must be non-marking, made for tennis, and may be colored.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Tuesday, August 08, 2017 11:59:00 PM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
