first and second round main draw singles matches, followed by the
first four singles consolation matches. Tomorrow (July 2) we'll
start with doubles at 9 AM. Tomorrow's match times will be entered
late tonight.
Posted 10:30 AM, July 1: Today's first round
singles matches at IC are moved indoors to Reis starting at 12
PM.
First round singles matches scheduled at Reis this morning will go
on at the posted times in the draw but will be held indoors. We
will provide an update by 10:30 AM if there is a further delay of
matches scheduled at IC.
Tournament will be held on six outdoor hard courts at Cornell's
Reis Tennis Center (230 Pine Tree Rd., Ithaca, NY 14850) as well as
six outdoor hard courts at Ithaca College's Wheeler Tennis Courts
(161 Lyceum Drive, Ithaca, NY 14850). The Reis Tennis Center's six
indoor hard courts will be used for rain back up.
Posting of Match Times:
For this tournament match times for July 2-4 will be posted the
night before the next day's play. If there's inclement weather on
Saturday, July 1 and/or Sunday, July 2 matches will be moved from
12 outdoor hard courts at two sites to 6 indoor hard courts at Reis
Tennis Center for all or part of the day. If this occurs the
tentative schedule of play listed below will need to be adjusted
and it will be most efficient to indicate the next day's match
times the night before the next day's play instead of posting the
whole tournament schedule in advance.
* Any schedule changes will be posted on the tournament page and
players will be responsible for checking the updated times in the
draws.
