Tagged match footage allows you to search, filter and view specific moments in
any match from any web-enabled device. Match video is posted to your own
personal online collection which you can share with your personal coach, family
or friends. Players can only order their own matches. To register online, click

Match Scoring Formats
For 2017 the following scoring formats have been adopted.
• Main Draw Singles: Best of 3 tiebreak sets
• Consolation
Singles: Best of 3 tiebreak sets with a
10-point match tiebreak in lieu of a 3rd set
• Doubles through the
Quarterfinals and Consolation: Best of 3 tiebreak sets with a 10-point
match tiebreak in lieu of a 3rd set
• Doubles Semi-Finals,
Finals, and 3/4 Playoff: Best of 3 tiebreak sets

Rest periods between singles matches
When players are scheduled to play 2 singles matches in one
day, they will be offered a rest period equal to the length of their first
match (up to 3 hours). They will be offered a minimum of 2 hours rest
regardless of first match length. Note: Players must contact the referee immediately after their match if the next scheduled match time must be delayed to allow sufficient rest. ***** Players will be expected to report on time for their next match if they do not request an extension from the referee at the conclusion of their first match.

3-Minute Coaching Break
· In matches playing a match tiebreak
in lieu of a third set there will be a 3-minute coaching break between the end
of the second set and the match-deciding tiebreak. · This 3-minute break
is treated the same as the 2-minute set break between first and second sets,
except that players may receive coaching on the court.
· Coaching may be received via cell phone during this 3-minute
on-court break only.
· Players may not leave the court. unless requesting a toilet break. The toilet
break will be taken after the 3-minute coaching break. No coaching is allowed
during the toilet break for either player.

Electronic Devices Prohibited on Court
• Players may not use electronic devises on court
that are designed for communication (cell phones, pda's, etc.) or data
storage/display (pocket notebook, rolodex, word processor, etc.).
• Use of these devices will result in immediate
code violation for unsportsmanlike conduct.
(A device that is in the "ON" mode constitutes use.)
• Notes and printed material brought on court for
reference with a player are permitted.
• The exception to this rule is that players may
use a cell phone during the 3-minute coaching break between the 2nd set and the
match-deciding tiebreak played in lieu of a 3rd set.

This event is restricted to the following Jr. players: U.S. Citizens; Permanent Resident Aliens; Diplomats, Refugees/Asylees; CTA. Refer to USTA Regulation III.A.2a.

Players are selected from a variety of National Lists and generally require Section endorsement.
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, July 13, 2017 11:59:00 AM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
