ALL MATCHES WILL BEGIN AT 1 PM ON SATURDAY MAY 14TH. ALL MATCHES ARE PLAYED AT FAMILY CIRCLE TENNIS CENTER. PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY TO CHECK IN AND BE READY TO PLAY BY 1PM.
PLAYERS WILL COMPETE FROM 1PM TO APPX 3:30PM WITHIN THEIR ROUND ROBIN.

Family Circle Tennis Center (FCTC) is the host site for this tournament. We are located on beautiful Daniel Island! All matches for this tournament will be played at FCTC. The address of FCTC is 161 Seven Farms Dr. Daniel Island SC 29492. Please any tournament questions call the Tournament Director not the facility.

PLAYER RESPONSIBILITIES
Players are responsible for signing up to the tournament online on USTA.com by the tournament deadline ( Tuesday, May 10th 11:59pm). Players are responsible for checking the match times when they are posted online by the Director on this home page ( Thursday May 12th). Players are responsible for showing up at the time they are scheduled to play. Please understand, if you are late, the round robin will have to move on and you may be defaulted a match. Also , please understand players are expected to be available during the entire length of the round robin in case of inclement weather.

10 AND UNDER DIVISION
The 10 and under division will play on our hard courts using the 60' lines. There will be both boys and girls divisions in the 10's. 10's will use the Orange Ball and players are required to use a 25" racquet. The scoring format will be dependent on the draw sizes but expect to play either a 4- game set or a 6-game set. No ad scoring.

12 AND UNDER DIVISION
The 12 and under division will play on a regulation size court (78'). There will be both boys and girls divisions in the 12's. 12's will use the Green Dot Ball. The scoring format will be dependent on the draw sizes but expect to play either a 4- game set or a 6-game set. No ad scoring.

AWARDS
Awards will be presented to the Champion and Finalist of each age division. Players must wait until all matches are decided in their round robin before awards are presented.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
If there is rain or wet courts, you will be notified immediately on this home page. If there are any cancellations or delays, this weather headline will be updated with information.

WITHDRAWALS/REFUNDS
If you've registered for the tournament and want to withdraw before the deadline has passed, simply log back on to USTA.com and edit your registration details on the tournament home page. If you withdraw from the tournament after the deadline has passed, you must email the tournament director with the reason for the withdrawal. You cannot call in a withdraw. It must be in writing as it will be documented on the players record with USTA. Once the deadline has passed, there will be no refunds for withdrawals. Please understand the tournament has fixed costs and cannot offer refunds after the deadline for the tournament entry has passed and the draws are being organized by the director.

RISING STARS LEVEL FIVE ELIGIBLITY
Level Five Tournaments The Rising Stars events are designed as introductory events to competitive tennis for those players who are new to tennis or are looking to gain experience in a tournament atmosphere. These one-day events are round-robin format with emphasis being placed on fun, match play, and education of parents and players. Eligibility requirements for this circuit include a USTA membership, the player must not have accumulated more than 200 points from any state in the current standings of any division, and players should be able to serve and keep score.
*** PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT HAVE OVER 200 POINTS IN STATE STANDINGS OR ELSE YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO PLAY IN THIS EVENT.

COED 8 AND UNDER DIVISION
The 8 and under division will be coed. All matches will be played on our Red Ball 36' courts. Players in this age group will use the Red Ball for matches. Players should use a 21' or 23" racquet for competition.
Scoring for the 8 and under division will be best of 3 games to 7 points each game. Each player will serve 2 points until someone reaches 7. Switch sides at the end of each game.
