ABOUT THE TOURNAMENT
We are excited for the tournament. We have a large group of juniors and are looking forward to some great tennis matches. If there is anything we can do to help make your experience better, please let us know. The tournament is a FMLC (First Match Losers Consolation) in singles and doubles. Please become familiar with how this format works so you don't miss any of your matches.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Play begins Friday, April 8th at 8:00 a.m. Please be available throughout the day on Friday. Players will not be allowed to play singles in two different age groups, but may play one singles event and one doubles event.

PLAYER CHECK-IN
There will be a player check-in on Thursday, April 7th from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Bloomington Country Club. This check in is not mandatory.

DOUBLES DOUBLES
We encourage everyone to play doubles. We will accept doubles entries until 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 5th. Please email or call us if you find someone to play doubles with after the deadline is closed. If you want to play doubles, but do not have a partner, we can pair you up with someone else looking for a partner.

SCORING
The scoring will be best 2-of-3 tie-break sets
in all events EXCEPT B10s and G10s will play best of 3 short sets (first to 4). If the game score is tied at 3-3, a 7 Point Tiebreak will be played to determine the winner of that set. Scoring will be no-ad, with a 7-point tie-breaker in lieu
of the 3rd set. All doubles will play 8-game pro sets with a 10 point
tie-breaker at 8-8. When applicable a round robin will be scored first by player win loss record, if still a tie then the least number of sets lost, if still a tie the least number of games lost.

WITHDRAWING PLAYERS
A withdrawing player shall immediately notify
the Tournament Committee or Referee by telephone or email that the player will not be playing. If a player is withdrawing because of an injury or illness, he or she shall deliver
written verification of the injury or illness from a medical
professional to the Referee no later than the last scheduled day of the
tournament. If the player is not playing because of a personal
emergency, the player shall deliver a written decision of the situation to
the Referee no later than the last scheduled day of the tournament. The

SUNDAY PLAY
Sunday play is required in this tournament. If
you are not able to play on Sunday (finals), please do not enter the
tournament if you think you could make it to the finals. There will be
no rescheduling of matches.

PLEASE NO RE-SCHEDULING OF MATCHES

10's matches will be best of 3 short sets, if the score reaches
3-3, a 7 Point Tiebreak will be played to determine the winner of
the set, no-ad scoring, with a 7-point tiebreak played in lieu of
the 3rd set. New this year is a 12's Open Green Division. This
Division may be played by any 12's Division player who is seeking
more Green Dot ball match play. 10's Division players may not play
up into this Division. Matches will be played on 78' (full size)
courts with green low compression balls. We are unable to take
match time avoidance requests beyond the first day of the
tournament. Avoidance requests must be made with the Tournament
Director prior to the draws being made. RESCHEDULING POLICY -
Finals may NOT be rescheduled! There will be NO RESCHEDULING of
matches except in extreme circumstances beyond the control of the
players and then only with prior approval of the Tournament
Director. Players rescheduling without permission will be
DEFAULTED! All costs of rescheduling are the responsibility of the
initiator. Players are under NO obligation to reschedule when asked
by an opponent.
No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Friday, April 1, 2016 11:59:00 PM Mountain Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
