Please arrive and check in ready to play 15 minutes prior to your
scheduled match time. Part of the attraction of this tournament is
that matches are pre-scheduled with every effort made to start
matches on time. We want players to have a great tournament
experience without sacrificing an entire weekend to do so. Your
cooperation with early check-in is vital to this effort.
SELECTION PROCESS
The top 16 players (based on the Midwest Standings List at the time
entries close) will be selected to play in each age division. If
you are not selected, you will not be charged.

alternate list. If a player withdraws from the tournament, the next

let the tournament director know so he may move on to the next
alternate.
