IMPORTANT INFORMATON!!! READ
7:40am UPDATE!!! I know we have some good spirited parents that want to stop in at 8am and help roll dri the courts... Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!! We are on a 2 hour delay.
6am UPDATE! We are on a two hour delay. 5am Update! Courts are a little wet but we should be able to get on the courts quickly. Forecast looks very promising. Only shows 30% chance at 5am and 30% chance at noon. We are going to only DELAY 1 HOUR, so we can work on the courts. Times will NOT change on the draws, every match is pushed back one hour today. 10pm update, It is currently dry outside and it has been all-day. Forecast is showing 15-30% chance of rain in the morning. I will update at 5am. If it is wet outside at 5am we will at least delay until 10am. Lets all hope for a dry day!!! I am going to sleep at this time.
CHECK THE DRAWS BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE HOUSE!!!! We have had a few people pull out already and I am sure we will have a few more. I always take 5 minutes before I get in the car to check. Remember, I will update the forecast at 10pm and then at 5am.
The weather forecast for Saturday has been changing daily. It has flip flopped several times. I will update this website on Friday at 10pm with a forecast. I will update again at 5:00am on Saturday. Our goal is to get the tournament played!!!

10 & Under – USTA Texas regulations mandate that all junior sanctioned tournaments offer 10 & Under Orange Ball Division (orange ball, 60 foot court and 25 inch racquet) and 10 & Under Green Ball Division (green ball, 78 foot court and 27 inch racquet). For the full 10 & under regulation, please visit our website www.texas.usta.com, click on 10 & Under Tennis.

First-off Consolation – All Challengers and CMZs use the First Off Consolation Format. This format will show as Single Elimination on the tournament homepage, but all players are guaranteed two matches. This format eliminates “maybe matches” and almost every player in consolation will play their first consolation match on Saturday. How does it work? Players that lose in the main draw will be fed into the consolation draw in the order that they come off the court (i.e. the first player to come off the court will go on line one, the sixth player to come off the court will go on line six). This new format ensures more players playing on Saturday and an overall better tournament.

Excessive Overrule Guideline: The USTA Texas Officials Committee along with the Competitive Department has established a guideline in reference to excessive overrules as clarified in the Friend at Court. This guideline states "Once a player has been overruled for a second time in a match, they will be cautioned that after another overrule, they will be penalized for unsportsmanlike conduct under the point penalty system."
