1. Please note these rooms will be released 14 days prior to the first day of the tournament. Hotels rooms can be hard to come by in Lake Charles due to our robust economic growth (business travelers and workers) and casino tourism. Also, there are two huge softball tournaments in town the same weekend. If you wait to procure a room, you do so at your own peril. 2. Rooms are a little pricey due to the stated reasons above. 3. If you have difficulty with room procurement, email bobby.walker@lcracquetclub.com

Guidelines for entering two divisions:
1. Players selected to both age divisions they apply for will automatically be selected in the older age division. They will be romoved from the other age division.
2. Players not selected to either division would remain on the alternates' list for both divisions but would be obligated to play the division they first get in from the alternates' list. They would be removed from the alternates' list in the other division.
3. Players selected to one age division would be removed from the alternates' list of the division they were not selected.
4. Once a player is selected for any one division no changes can be made.
|
SELECTION PROCESS
Draws will be limited to 32. The top 32 players applying will be selected by the Southern Section office, from the latest USTA/Southern standing list -- 28 players from the age group will be selected and up to 4 players from the younger age group that have a top 40 standing and are not in the selected 28.
