WITHDRAWALS - DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED IF after Thursday at noon
Withdraw by sending an e-mail, subject line withdrawal, player name, and age division. The time received on the e-mail will be used for documentation - MY REPLY is your proof that your withdrawal has been received. The Referee WILL require written documentation for all late withdrawals and MAY require it for other withdrawals. Players who withdraw after the entry deadline for any reason are not entitled to a refund.

PLAYER SELECTION & SEEDING
This tournament will use a combination of USTA/Midwest Points Per Round and Universal Tennis Rating (UTR) for player selection and seeding. Players will be selected for the tournament in the following order: 1 - 52 Players based on the most recent USTA/Midwest Standings List in the age division of the tournament 2 - 12 Players based on UTR
Players will be seeded for the tournament in the following order: 1 - Top 8 seeds based on UTR 2- Seeds 9-16 based on USTA/Midwest Standings List

WARM UP COURTS
You can warm up at either site on Friday night but do not book a Saturday time until which site you'll be playing at.

MATCH SCORING/DRAW SIZE
The Singles Main Draw will play best 3 tiebreak sets. The Singles Consolation Draw will play best of 3 tiebreak sets with a 10-point super tiebreak in lieu of a third set. 64 FIC draw.

ORDER OF PLAY
Everyone will play two matches on Saturday, ft draw will play 2 rounds on Sunday and the back draw will play 3. Monday is 2 rounds in both the back and the front draws.

TWO SITES, practice courts
1. Force Sports Dayton (Formerly Dayton Center Courts/Dayton Sports Complex), 4801 Salem Ave, Dayton, Ohio 45416 2. Five Seasons 4242 Clyo Rd. - Dayton, OH 45440 previously 4425 Possum Run Rd. use Possum Run address for GPS systems 937-848-9200. Book Friday courts anytime but please wait to book Saturday courts until First Match Start times are posted as there are no refunds or changes of reservations. Discounted court fee of $14 per half hour, no guest fees. Other local indoor facilities that have agreed to let players reserve courts include, Quail Run 937-434-4082, Kettering Tennis Center 937-434-6602, both within 12 minutes of Five Seasons and South Regency Tennis Center 937.885.5000. All these facilities have agreed to give the same discounted rate of $14.00 per half hour and no guest fees will be charged.

PPS and Suspension points
The Point Penalty System will be enforced for lateness, use of a Deity (God, Jesus, Christ, etc.), cursing, as well as abuse of racquet, ball, and/or the facilities. Suspension points will be given for unsportsmanlike conduct, which includes misconduct at the hotel, as well as for no shows. No grace period or warnings will be given.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
