Notes
GEORGIA LEVEL 5 TOURNAMENT. CONSOLATION - FIC through
Quarterfinals. 3rd and 4th place playoffs. Some consolations may
not finish. Boys/Girls 12 & Under divisions will use stage 1
green/green dot balls on a 78' court for Level 4 & 5
tournaments. Boys/Girls 10's must play all matches on a 60' court
with a 25" racket and use low compression balls. Limit 16 draw.
Adult league play may factor into the scheduling of weekend morning
and afternoon play. Barring weather problems. Refund Policy: No
refunds for withdrawals after the tournament deadline. Officials
for every 8 courts. Trophies awarded to winners and runners-up.
Consolation finalists will receive awards. Any match times found on
the Internet, outside of the First Match Time Report, are
unofficial. Official match times only may be found on the posted
draw sheets at the tournament sites. Players must check the posted
draw sheets to get their match time and the location. Scoring
Format: Main Draw and Consolation for BG 12 (2 sets with a 3rd set
match tie-break) Scoring format for BG10s will be 2 out of 3 short
sets (sets to 4 games) with a 7-point tie-break for the 3rd set
(both Main and Consolation draws). SATELLITE- Open to all players
regardless of ranking.

LATE ENTRANTS - USTA Georgia will allow late entrants to be accepted into all USTA GA tournaments, Levels 1-5, in the event that the draw is not full, provided that such late entrants do not affect the seeding and further provided that late entrants do not prevent timely entrants to be accepted into the draw under any circumstances. Accepting late entrants is at the discretion of the Tournament Committee. Seeds must be posted by 12 noon following close of registration. Once draws are posted, the tournament is closed and can no longer accept late entries.
