1...Singles times are posted. There is a 3/4 playoff in the singles.
2..Doubles times will be posted after 9:15pm.
3..Again, there will be no posted draws at Hudlow.
4..Regular scoring is back in the singles.
5..A few of the consolations without final times probably will not be played.

1...All doubles matches are at 7:00pm
2...All singles matches from 1:30pm through 2:10pm are at 4:00pm. Coming early will not hurt.
3..All singles matches from 2:20pm onward are delayed 2 hours.
4..Matches without times are Thursday. Those times will be posted this evening, after 8pm.

ALSO, THE USTA PROGRAM IS PREVENTING US FROM PRINTING AND THUS POSTING DRAWS AT HUDLOW TENNIS CENTER.

Scoring format for BG12-18 singles will be two short sets

There will be NO B12's matches this evening. The other matches that were scheduled for 6:15pm are now scheduled for 7:00pm. New match times will be posted after 9:00pm. We could use help drying the courts. Again, ,there is no doubles this evening.

All courts are open from sun-up to first match. After the first match begins, there are none.

There is NO need to get an umpire. Juniors receive a mandatory 3-minute rest period after the second set when a match-tiebreak is played in lieu of the third set. Coaching is permitted, but the player must stay on the court. After the 3-minute rest period, no further coaching is allowed. If needed, a bathroom break can be taken after the 3-minute rest period. If a player takes a bathroom break during the 3-minute rest period, the player waives the right to further coaching. No coaching is allowed during the bathroom break...REMEMBER::There is NO need to get an umpire.

REFUNDS:
There are no refunds after the entry deadline. If there are weather issues and no matches are played, then you will get a 3/4 credit to another tournament offered by the above-named organization. Otherwise, there are no refunds.
WITHDRAWALS:
Before the entry deadline, withdraw on-line.
After the deadline, withdraw via e-mail.

The Competitor List is published. Please check for accuracy. The 6-1 or 6-2 GTA Standing List was used.
REMEMBER:::If you were not selected, then you can play"up". Send an e-mail to the referee.

1...The singles competitor list will be published on 6-6. (Remember the registration deadline is 6-4).. Also, ineligible players can request to play "up"
2...Singles and doubles must be in the same age group
3...Be sure that both partners are eligible under the rules for this tournament.
4...Both partners must enter the doubles,,,not just one partner. REMEMBER::BOTH PARTNERS MEANS "BOTH"
5...We absolutely do not "partner" players, nor do we give out player information.
6...The initial doubles competitor list will be published on 6-6. There is s second doubles deadline of 6-8...The time between the 6-6 deadline and the 6-8 deadline gives players a chance to find a partner or replace an ineligible partner. Entering during this time requires an e-mail with the words "Doubles" and the age group in the subject line,,,for example,,. "Doubles, B14". Include both names and USTA numbers. Doubles payment will be at the first match.

... This is a the perfect opportunity for players outside the top 100(BG 12-18) and top 50(BG10) in Georgia to earn Level 3 points.
2... It is a new version of the Futures.
3... This is a GA Level 3 tournament with singles and doubles.
4... ELIGIBILITY: At the registration deadline, eligible players must have a Georgia standing outside the top 100 for BG 12-18 and top 50 for BG10. HOWEVER, IF YOU DO NOT QUALIFY, THEN YOU CAN PLAY "UP".
5... Singles draw is 32 limit. Doubles draw is 16 limit
6... BG 12's will use regular tennis balls.
7... DOUBLES::: SEE BELOW FOR REGISTRATION PROCEDURES. This tournament does not "partner" players. Players must find their own partner. Singles and doubles must be in the same age group
8. This tournament is limited to Georgia residents.

Per GTA Level 3 regulations, this tournament has a 32-draw limit.
REMEMBER:::To be eligible for this tournament, players must be outside the top 100 (top 50 for 10's) as of the latest GTA Standing List at the registration deadline.. Also, doubles must be in the same age group as singles.

Per 2015 GTA regulations, late entries can be accepted at the tournament's discretion as long as the posted seeding is not affected. There will be an additional $10 fee.

Accepting late entrants is at the discretion of the Tournament Committee. Seeds must be posted by 12 noon following close of registration. Once draws are posted, the tournament is closed and can no longer accept late entries.

LATE ENTRANTS - USTA Georgia will allow late entrants to be accepted into all USTA GA tournaments, Levels 1-5, in the event that the draw is not full, provided that such late entrants do not affect the seeding and further provided that late entrants do not prevent timely entrants to be accepted into the draw under any circumstances.
