L4 DOUBLES ONE DAY EVENTS [2014] award National & Section points per round. Draw size is 32 players (16 teams).
Draw format for 9 or more teams: FIC (feed-in consolation) through QF with 3rd/4th playoff match and consolation draw is played to final. For 4 - 8 teams: FIC through SF and consolation draw is played out. For 3 or less teams: FMLC.. Match format for all is 8 game pro set with 7-point tie-break at 8-8, or best-of-three tiebreak sets if only two teams.

DOUBLES REGISTRATION. Each player must register online & provide credit card information. Registrants who identify a partner who also registers online before the deadline will have priority for selection. For L3 and L4 tournaments USTA New England will randomly match selected doubles players who do not have a registered partner. Teams are selected by adding together the doubles standing of each player and the 16 teams with the lowest sum of both standings are selected. If a player has no standing (but a high standing in a younger age group) and is playing with a player with a high standing they may consider submitting a Player Performance / Wild Card request form before the close of registration.

DOUBLES REGISTRATION AT A SECOND EVENT: Players not selected for this L3/L4/L5 event may register for an L6 event in the same age division on the same weekend day, as it will have a later close of registration (Monday 11:59PM). A player who registers for another event must contact the L3/L4/L5 tournament director to withdraw from the L3/L4/L5 alternate list.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
