Match Times
Matches will start at the following times: Co-ed 8's 10:00am
Boys 10's 8:00am Boys 12's 12:00 pm and 12:30pm Boys 14's 12:00pm Boys 18's 8:00am Girls 10's 8:00am Girls 12"s 12;00pm Girls 14's 8:00am Girls16's 12:00pm Girls 18' 8:00 am Block scheduling format will be used for this tournament. Matches will be scheduled 4 hours or less in a specific block of time. Note: That Boy's and Girl's 8's will be scheduled in 2 hours or less specific block of time. For example Boy's X division will be played 12pm-4:00pm. Please check back for match times on Thursday October 27th after 12:00pm.

Tournament Format
All divisions will play non-elimination formats with shortened scoring, which guarantees more opponents in a shorter period of time.

Time Commitment and Scoring
8U will play a maximum of 2 hours , scoring used will be tiebreak games. 10U will play a maximum of 4 hours,scoring used will be short sets (first to 4 games). 12U-18U will play a maximum of 4 hours, scoring used will be regular sets (first to 4 games). No-ad scoring will be used for 8-18U divisions.

A player lunch is scheduled for 11:30-1 pm, compliments of Chic-Fil-A, Mullings Crossing.

Happy Halloween From PRC, Lunch activities will include: Costume contest, games, prizes, and awards!

GEORGIA LEVEL 5 TOURNAMENT. Boys/Girls 12 & Under divisions
will use stage 1 green/green dot balls on a 78' court for Level 4
& 5 tournaments. Boys/Girls 10s MUST play all matches on a 60'
court with a 25" racket and use low compression balls. Limit 16
draw. Scori8ng format for BG12-18: 2 sets with a match tie-break in
lieu of a third set. Singles scoring format for BG10s will be 2 out
of 3 short sets (sets to 4 games) with a 7-point tie-break for the
3rd set. Saturday lunch provided. SATELLITE - Open to all players
regardless of ranking. FORMAT for 8&UNDER- This tournament will
also hold 36' Format for 8&Under. The 8&Under divisions are
geared to players with limited or no previous tennis experience.
The 8&Under players cannot play in the 10 & Under Singles
divisions and the 36' Format for 8&Under Singles divisions in
the same tournament (an 8&Under player can only play in one
singles division in a tournament). Results for the 8&Under
tournaments will be included in the USTA GA Standings using the
Points Per Round Co-Ed 8 Table. Scoring for 8&Uder events will
be 2 out of three 7 point games. Only results played in this format
will count for this list

LATE ENTRANTS - USTA Georgia will allow late entrants to be accepted into all USTA GA tournaments, Levels 1-5, in the event that the draw is not full, provided that such late entrants do not affect the seeding and further provided that late entrants do not prevent timely entrants to be accepted into the draw under any circumstances. Accepting late entrants is at the discretion of the Tournament Committee. Seeds must be posted by 12 noon following close of registration. Once draws are posted, the tournament is closed and can no longer accept late entries.
