GEORGIA LEVEL 4 CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT
Open to all players regardless of ranking. Limit 16 Draw for
Singles & 8 Draw for Doubles. Players are selected manually by
the tournament director after the close of registration.

SCORING FORMAT
BG 12-18, Singles - 2 sets with 3rd set match tie-break.
Feed in Consolation (FIC) through Quarter-finals.
BG 12-18, Doubles - 8 game pro set with 10 point match tie-break at
8 games all.
10 AND UNDER
Plays on a 60-ft court with a 25" racket
or smaller using orange dot balls.
Short Sets (4-game,
no-ad scoring) and seven (7) point Tie-break played in lieu of a
third set.
AWARDS
Trophies presented to Champions, 2nd Place Finalist in main draw
and consolation winner.
Medals 3rd/4th Place and Consolation Finalist.

WARM UP SITES
Six courts are available for warm up at Rockdale TC one hour prior
to first schedule match of the day.The following courts are within
a 5 minutes drive of Rockdale T C.

REFUND POLICY
There are no refunds after the entry deadline. If there are
inclement weather issues and no matches are played, then you will
get a 100% credit to another Conyers Tennis tournament. If you do
complete a match there is no refund/credit. Please understand that
tournaments have fixed costs which include: Trophies, T-shirts,
Balls, USTA Referees/Officials, and many other costs. The
TennisLink portion of your entry fee is non-refundable in
accordance with USTA policy. Thank you for your
understanding.

LATE ENTRANTS - USTA Georgia will allow late entrants to be accepted into all USTA GA tournaments, Levels 1-5, in the event that the draw is not full, provided that such late entrants do not affect the seeding and further provided that late entrants do not prevent timely entrants to be accepted into the draw under any circumstances. Accepting late entrants is at the discretion of the Tournament Committee. Seeds must be posted by 12 noon following close of registration. Once draws are posted, the tournament is closed and can no longer accept late entries.
