Player Selection
Player selection will be done based on the following criteria: 1 – 52 players from the most current USTA/Midwest Section Standing List in the current age division of the event. 2 – 12 players selected using UTR
The top 8 seeds will be selected using UTR. The next 8 will be selected using PPR.

Scoring
The Singles Main Draw will play best 2 out of 3 tiebreak sets and Consolation will play regular scoring in best 2 out of 3 sets with a 10-point super tiebreak in lieu of a third set. The Consolation round stops at the semi-finals.

Warm-up/Practice Courts
Practice courts are available for $20.00 per hour on Friday until 9pm and Saturday & Sunday morning before the tournament begins. Courts must be paid for in advance. Call 419/865-1141 to reserve a court. Additional practice courts are available at our 2nd location which is less than 10 minutes away. Call 419/537-0001 to reserve a court. This location has courts Saturday & Sunday throughout the day.

A minimum of 8 courts will be used.

Order of Play:
Saturday: 2 rounds of main draw and 1 rounds of consolation singles Sunday: 2 rounds of main draw and 3 rounds of consolation singles Monday: 2 rounds of main draw and 2 rounds of consolation singles

No refunds after player selection is complete.

Draws will be posted on the Friday before the event begins by 3pm

If you do not provide an email address and/or cell number(s) when you register for this tournament, then we will not be able to notify you about any possible changes in the tournament.

Awards
Trophies will be given to the following players: Champion, Finalist, 3rd & 4th place, and FIC Semi-Finalists. In addition, a Sportsmanship trophy will be awarded.

USTA/Midwest Section Domicile Rules:
The USTA/Midwest Section Closed Junior Championships, the district qualifiers, the USTA/Midwest Section Designated Tournaments and USTA/Midwest Section Junior Davis and Wightman Cup events are open to citizens of the US, permanent resident aliens in possession of a valid alien registration card, individuals who are applicants for adjustment to lawful permanent resident status and who can present a USCIS receipt for a pending unadjudicated form I-485, aliens who have resided continuously in the US for more than one year and who are members of families of persons in the diplomatic or consular corps and aliens who have been granted Refugee Status, Asylee Status or Temporary Protected Status.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, November 17, 2016 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
