Medical Release
Junior players competing in the USTA, the USTA Southern
Section, and the USTA Georgia must submit a signed Release and Medical Release
to the tournament director before the first match is played. The player and the
parent or guardian must sign the form.

Withdrawal/Refund Policy
There are no refunds after the entry deadline. Before the
entry deadline, withdraw on-line. After the deadline, withdraw via e-mail.

Weather Refund
If there are weather issues and none of the matches are
played you will receive a 3/4 credit toward a future Dellinger Park 2016 Tournament.If there are weather issues and you only play one match, then you
will get a 1/2 credit to another 2016 tournament offered at Dellinger Park. If
2 or more matches have been played then there will be no credit. To enter a
future tournament, email the tournament director before the deadline &
mention the credit & ask to be manually entered into the tournament. Please
keep in mind that tournaments have expenses such as trophies t-shirts, balls,
referees, and other costs. The tennislink portion of the entry fee is
non-refundable in accordance with the USTA policy.Thank you for your
understanding.

Awards & T-shirts
Trophies will be given to 1st place in the main draw. Medals will be given to 2nd & 3rd place in the main draw & 1st & 2nd place in the consolation
draw. T-shirts will be given out to all participants.

GEORGIA LEVEL 4 TOURNAMENT. Boys/Girls 12 & Under divisions
will use stage 1 green/green dot balls on a 78' court for Level 4
& 5 tournaments. Boys/Girls 10 & Under will use stage 2
orange/orange dot balls on a 60' Court with a 25" racquet.
Boys/Girls 10 & 12 Under divisions will be provided with new
balls for each Main Draw Match. Used Balls may be used for
Consolation matches.
Limit 16 draw. GA players will have priority over out-of-state
players to fill the draw. CONSOLATION. - FIC through Quarterfinals.
3rd and 4th place playoffs. Some consolations may not finish. Draws
with fewer than six entrants may be played as a Round Robin. No
refunds after draw posted. T-shirts to all participants. Awards to
1st, 2nd, & 3rd places for main draw, and 1st & 2nd places
for consolation for each event. Registration is ONLINE ONLY at
www.usta.com. $3 On-Line Entry processing fee is non-refundable.
Scoring format for BG12-18 - best of 2 sets with 3rd set match
tie-break. Boys/Girls 10 & Under will play 2 out of 3 short
sets (sets to 4 games) with a 7-point tie-break for the 3rd set.
Players are responsible for obtaining match times. Championship -
Open to all players regardless past or current rankings.

LATE ENTRANTS - USTA Georgia will allow late entrants to be accepted into all USTA GA tournaments, Levels 1-5, in the event that the draw is not full, provided that such late entrants do not affect the seeding and further provided that late entrants do not prevent timely entrants to be accepted into the draw under any circumstances. Accepting late entrants is at the discretion of the Tournament Committee. Seeds must be posted by 12 noon following close of registration. Once draws are posted, the tournament is closed and can no longer accept late entries.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Tuesday, October 18, 2016 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
