Round robin matches with SHORT SETS FORMATS FOR ALL EVENTS will begin at 9:00AM. **** **** Lunch for players begins at 11:30AM. ****
MATCH PLAY FORMAT & COURTS - BALLS - RACQUETS *****There will be multiple matches in a round robin format for novice boys and girls ages 8-18 years. The 8 and under division will use the Red Ball Tennis Format utilizing the smaller 36 foot court and Stage 3 red balls and the 23 inch racquet .
**** The 10 and Under division will use the Orange Ball Tennis format utilizing a 60 foot court and Stage 2 Orange balls and the 25 inch racquet. ***** The 12s division will use the Green Ball Tennis Format on the 78 foot court, with Stage 1 Green Balls and racquets no longer that 29 inches. The 14s-18s year old divisions will use the regular 78 foot court and regular yellow balls. ***** A short set scoring format will be used for the 8s and 10s, and the 12s-14s-16s-18s.*****

RISING STARS PLAYER ELIGIBILITY
Level Five The Rising Stars events are designed as introductory events to competitive tennis for those players who are new to tennis or are looking to gain experience in a tournament atmosphere. ***** These one-day events are round-robin format with emphasis being placed on fun, match play, and education of parents and players. ***** Eligibility requirements for this circuit include a USTA membership, the player must not have accumulated more than 200 points from any state in the current standings of any division, and players should be able to serve and keep score.

One day entry level tournament for players new to tennis 8 and
10s will use the modified courts and balls.
South Carolina Tournament Level-5 Rising Stars: All parents must complete the "Parenting My Champion" sportsmanship video before their player participates in this level tournament.
