Notes

We welcome all of our players and wish you all good tennis. Thank you for participating. Please check this page often for updates and check in 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled match time as this will assist the tournament desk. Defaults due to lateness will be strictly enforced.

Prize Money Divisions:
Prize money awarded to Open Singles and 4.5 Singles.
The amount awarded for the Winner and Finalists are based on size of draw. An event needs to have at least 6 entrants to be eligible for prize money.

Format:
Scoring will be 2 out of 3 sets with regular scoring, except that in the event of split sets, a 10-point tie-break will be played in lieu of a 3rd set.

Phone registrations are accepted with a credit card only. Late entries will be accessed a $10 late fee. No exceptions!

Juniors will be required to play the Open Events. No refunds within 7 days prior to tournament start date.

Special Instructions: Please note tennis courts are located in the back of Martin Luther King Park. Take 65th then turn right onto Pittsburg, then take first right into the park, then left into parking lot, tennis courts are at the top of the hill.

Student Discount:
A 5 dollar discount will be offered to college students with a valid college ID. Call 6194679235 to take advantage of this offer.

Round Robin:
If an event has less than 4 entrants it will be changed to a round robin format to allow the players more opportunities to play.

Multiple matches in one day:
Players may be required to play multiple matches in one day due to the size of a draw.

Concessions:
Lunches will be available at the tournament site on Saturday and Sunday.

Awards:
Awards will be given to Finalists of NTRP and Adult Events.

Inclement Weather Procedures:
If we experience inclement weather during the tournament it is quite likely that some matches will be delayed or rescheduled. If we are experiencing delays due to weather, we will post notices to this website at frequent intervals to keep you advised about rescheduling plans, etc. It is possible to call the tournament director at these times but the call volume is often quite high so we suggest using the interned instead of calling to find out how things are progressing.

Courts & Lights:
We have 7 hard courts available onsite, 4 are lighted. Night play is probable for this event.

Player Selection Type

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.

Entry Type

Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Saturday, July 2, 2016 11:59:00 PM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
