Draws are posted!
Please note that the draws and schedules are posted except for the men's open singles. We are still working with the seeder on the final outcome and hope to post this tomorrow in its entirety. Please note however, that the men's open singles will start at 3 PM on Friday for play. The second round will play at 6 PM.
A reminder to all 3.0 players that a 3/4 playoff will be held in all their events since this tournament is a 3.0 TOY tournament. It will be hot this weekend so everyone take care of yourselves. The schedule is tight and you should expect some delays for conflicts and long matches, especially with the heat. Don't forget to get your T-shirts and enjoy the barbecue for players on Saturday evening.

Welcome to the JRRC Round-up!
All NTRP players please be aware that this tournament is a 3.0 and 5.0 TOY event - this means 1.5 times the points for play in these divisions with a Third/Fourth Place Playoff in addition. For those of you who are OPEN players, please note that the purse is currently $5,000.
All players will receive a T-shirt and entry into the Saturday evening barbecue. Adult beverages and music will also abound.
NTRP players are limited to two events at the SAME NTRP level among singles, doubles, or mixed doubles. NTRP draw limits are 32 players for singles and 16 teams for doubles. Please note that ALL events may have Friday evening play REGARDLESS OF DRAW SIZE. Please expect this if you enter. If entries exceed the limits noted, the tournament reserves the right to select 25% of the entrants and randomly draw the balance per NorCal rules (Adult Tournament Rule #6) Players who are not selected will receive a refund by check after the tournament ends. All NTRP formats will consist of a 10-point match tiebreak in lieu of the third set.
The Open Division will be limited to 64 singles players. If this limit is exceeded, the tournament reserves the right to select 25% of the entrants and randomly draw the balance. Play will start at 1 PM or later on Friday afternoon. All players must be able to play on Friday afternoon if they enter this division. Any other OPEN event may also start on Friday evening regardless of the size of the draw. The format for all OPEN events is the best of three tiebreak sets.
Please remember that it is July and it might be very hot! Expect play on Saturday and Sunday to start at 8 AM. Players should expect to play two matches per day per event entered. Late entries may not be accommodated.

Concurrent Tournament Rule
A player shall not be entered at the time entries close in two or more USTA sanctioned tournaments scheduled to take place at the same time, in whole or in part, unless each Tournament Committee involved understands the situation, concurs in writing, and each agrees to accommodate the player’s schedule. The final decision rests with each tournament committee. If one tournament agrees to accept concurrent entries and accommodate the player's schedule but the concurrent tournament does not, the player may not enter both. If entries for the overlapping tournaments close on different dates, approval must be received from all Tournament Committees no later than the entry closing date that occurs last. Players who enter a tournament and play it to completion, may then enter another tournament with overlapping dates without permission. If a player violates this concurrent tournament rule ranking points earned in any concurrent tournament played will not count toward ranking or the Grand Prix Points Race and the concurrent tournaments will not count toward the minimum tournament requirement to qualify for Grand Prix.
