Seeds have been posted. First round match times will be posted by 8.00 a.m. December 26th. Play will begin starting Tuesday, December 27th 8.00 a.m. Tournament will play two main draw single matches and one Women's main draw match for the first day. Doubles will also begin on the first day of play, not before 5.00 p.m. Doubles draws will be available by 1.00 p.m. December 27th.

This tournament is a unique and complex tournament that attracts ATP, ITF, WTA, Adult Open and Junior Nationally ranked players. Having to use multiple rankings it is nearly impossible to accurately assign seeds. However for 2016 the tournament seeding committee has opted to use the state of the art rating system called the "Universal Tennis Rating System." It has been reviewed by the USTA and they consider it a viable option for seeding in tournaments. Ratings are based on results and include players from all over the world as well as ATP and WTA players. The tournament committee believes this is the most accurate way to seed the tournament.

FOR SINGLES:
Main Draw:
Play will be best 2 out of 3 tie-break sets. Regular scoring
Consolation:
Play will be best 2 out of 3 tie-break sets, with a 10 point tie-break in lieu of a third set. Regular scoring.
FOR DOUBLES:
Main Draw:
Play will be best 2 out of 3 tie-break sets, with a 10 point tie-break in lieu of a third set. NO AD scoring will be used.
Consolation:
There is no consolation in doubles.
FOR MIXED DOUBLES:
Main Draw:
Play will be an 8 game pro-set with a tie break played at 8-8. Regular scoring will be used.
Consolation:
There is no consolation in doubles.

Due to the RC Indoor Court's resurfacing schedule there will be less availability for indoor court practice times after 8am each morning of play. The tournament will still supply some indoor practice court time at no charge. Please check with the Tournament Desk each day for the indoor practice court's schedule and you must sign up in person for an indoor practice court time. (Remember there is 4 to a court for a 30 minute increment and no coaches allowed after 8am).

Players have the option to book a practice court after 8am around other member bookings for a charge of 24 dollars plus tax.

The doubles deadline will be 10AM on Dec. 27th. Please let the tournament director know if you would like to play doubles and confirm your partner before this time via email cdezutter@racquetclubofmemphis.com DOUBLES WILL BE PLAYED ON DEC.27th NOT BEFORE 5PM

There will still be a player check-in on Monday Dec. 26th from 5-7 P.M. in the Pro-Shop, however check-in is not mandatory. If you can not make check-in on Dec. 26th please come 30 minutes before your scheduled match time. Please note matches will start at 8AM on Dec. 27th. If you miss check-in, it is your responsibility to find your match time. Times are subject to change until 7pm Dec 26th so please check the schedule frequently!

Stringing is available in Pro Shop beginning Monday, Dec. 26th - Friday Dec. 30th

There will be a discount on Pro Shop merchandise throughout the entire event.
