L4+ and L3 DOUBLES ONLY REGISTRATION
Players Must Enter With Partner:Both players comprising a doubles team must enter, select their partner during the registration process, and pay their respective entry fees prior to the entry deadline. You will know this has been done properly when both players appear on the Applicants List with their partner showing in parentheses after the division entered in the Events column. Failure to follow these instructions will result in an incomplete entry and may prevent the team from being selected.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, August 20, 2015 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
