Pro-Am Meet and Greet on Wednesday 6:00 - 8:00 PM
We hope you will have a chance to come by the facility on Wednesday from 6:00 - 8:00. We are planning a Pro - Am Meet and Greet. You can play a bit of fun social doubles and meet some of our patrons and partake in some liquid refreshment with some tasty finger food. We are happy for you to do either or both. Naturally, it helps a bit if I know you are coming so shoot me an email if you are coming out to join us. My email is mrearden@hfparks.com

Draw Formats
Any events having 5 or fewer players (singles) or teams (doubles) will play a round robin. Events with 6 or more will play an elimination draw with consolation.

Application/Competitor List
I am sure most of you know how the applicant list differs from the competitor list, but I thought a quick refresher might be in order since some of you may be surfing for a partner. The applicant list reflects what you signed up for online when you entered the tournament. The competitor list is the list that reflects any changes to that entry. As an example, Jean Marie Alpert signed up for 45s singles only, but she has since found a doubles partner and has been coupled with that person and their partnership shows up in the competitor list. The applicant list reflects how she signed up while the competitor list reflects any changes to her entry since she signed up. My advise is to use the competitor list when surfing for a partner. It will have the most current info.

Doubles Partners
If you are interested in playing doubles with one of the currently registered players please contact the tournament director, Mark Rearden, so we can begin that process sooner than later. Getting players coupled before the deadline will ensure you are not left without a partner. As a reminder, we will not be adding players after the entry deadline, so begin now if you want to play doubles.
|
Players May Not Play 2 Singles Events
Players may still sign up for two events and are encouraged to do so, but may not sign up for two singles events. Players may still play two doubles.
All entries must be received or entered online by the deadline.
|
Entry Deadline is Tonight (Thursday, May 5th) at 11:59 PM Central
Because this event carries National Level points and will affect the National Rankings we will not accept entries after the deadline.
