This tournament is designed specifically for players that are new to tournament play

Co-Ed 8 & under Gameplan Arrive at 8:30am
We have 8 players We will break the players up into 2 divisions based on level of play after their warm up at 9:00am I have made 2 Round Robin Divisions The names of the player & opponent may change if I see we need to move some players 9:00am Warm Up 9:15am Round 1 9:45am Round 2 10:15am Round 3 Volunteer Parents will be needed on court with the kiddoes Parents take a look at the below link to see the 8 & under rules

B12s & G10s Gameplan Arrive at 8:30am
Below is the Gameplan because there is only 2 kiddoes each each of the Singles Divsions 9:00am 1 set of singles No-Ad Scoring 9:30am 1 set of doubles No-Ad Scoring 10:00am 1 set of mixed doubles No-Ad Scoring This Gameplan includes Timothy Hill, Karthik Nemani, Isabella Elmore, & Madison Kirby I do believe this will be some FUN matchplay for all the kiddoes involved !!!

G12s, G14s, G16s, G18s Gameplan Arrive at 10:00am
Each of these divisions will be Round Robins 10:30am Round 1 11:00am Round 2 11:30am Round 3 Following Singles Play, girls will be welcomed and organized into some fun doubles

Boys 18s Gameplan Arrive at 10:00am
This division is blending of several age divisions allowing each player to receive 3 sets of play 10:00am Round 1 10:30am Round 2 11:00am Round 3 Following Singles Play, the boys will be allowed to play some fun doubles

Players should show up 30 minutes prior to the beginning of their division's match play

Scoring Format
Round Robin (Non-Elimination Tournament) One 6 game set No-Ad Scoring 7 point tiebreaker at 6-6 A lot of SUPER matchplay

Medical Release and Parent Alert Form
All players need to print out and sign Medical Release and Parent Alert
Form and bring to the tournament desk upon checking in for their first
match

Players can test their game, play multiple matches and make
friends along the way. These tournaments allow kids to compete in a
way that makes them feel comfortable, matches their level of play
and helps them to experience success.
**L6 Tournaments do not count towards ranking points**
Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, June 22, 2015 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
