TOURNAMENT START
THE TOURNAMENT WILL START ON FRIDAY AFTERNOON WITH SOME MATCHES SCHEDULED AS EARLY AS 4:00pm. PLEASE BE PREPARED TO PLAY ANYTIME FRIDAY AFTERNOON FROM 4:00 AND LATER. PLEASE ARRIVE AT YOUR MATCH TIME AT LEAST 20 MINUTES EARLY TO CHECK IN.

DRAW FORMAT
ALL SINGLES DRAWS WILL USE A FIRST MATCH LOSERS CONSOLATION WHICH WILL GUARANTEE EACH PLAYER AT A MINIMUM OF 2 MATCHES. ALL DOUBLES DRAWS WILL USE A SINGLES ELIMINATION FORMAT AND WILL USE AN 8-GAME PRO SET AS THE SCORING METHOD

HOSPITALITY
Pizza will be served on Saturday at noon. Panera Bread products for breakfast on Saturday and Sunday and soft drinks all weekend.

DOUBLES
Obtain your doubles partner's USTA# and sign up online before entries close. You may signup without a partner and we will randomly pair you with another player seeking a partner if one is available. For planning purposes we cannot accept late entries into doubles.

MATCH FORMAT
Singles main draw and consolation will play a 10 point match tiebreak in lieu of a 3rd set. If you split sets you are entitled to a 3 minute set break and on-court coaching is allowed. If you leave the court you will forfeit your time to receive coaching. All doubles will play an 8 game pro set with a 7 point tiebreak played at 8-8.

BOYS AND GIRLS 10'S DIVISIONS
Boy's and Girl's 10's divisions will be played on a 60' court using a low compression orange ball. Racquet size is limited to 25" or smaller. Draw format will be determined by the number of participants. Scoring format as follows: 2 out of 3 short sets using add scoring, first to 4 games (win by 2) 7 point tiebreak at 4-4. 7 point tiebreak for 3rd set (win by 2). Doubles will be a 6 game pro set.

WARM UP
Match warm ups will be limited to 5 minutes. Warm up courts will not be available at Sportsclub once matches begin.
