Scheduling in complete and posted for Sunday 3/1. Match format for matches will be as follows, per USTA rules 14's will complete Round 2 using the initial format of 3 full sets, final rounds will be 8 game pro sets. 18's will be using 8 game pro sets for all matches.

TOURNAMENT SELECTION & SCHEDULING
USTA NorCal will be doing the selections for this tournament. We anticipate selections will be done Friday February 20th, draws and schedule done by 9am Wednesday February 25th. PROPOSED DAY 1 MATCH SCHEDULE
We are planning to schedule two main draw rounds on Saturday starting with the 14's boys and girls followed by the 18's boys and girls. For further information contact Nigel Pugh at npugh@fremont.gov.

PLAYERS THAT ENTERED BOTH SUPER SERIES AND STOCKTON COED ROUND ROBIN
Any player that entered both the Super Series
and the concurrent Coed Round Robin that was not selected for the Super Series
has been selected for the Coed Round Robin. These players remain eligible for selection into the Super Series if a
withdrawal happens on or before the end of the day on Sunday. Afgter such
time, they are no longer eligible for selection into the Super Series and will
be removed form Super Series Alternate List.

OPTION FOR SUPER SERIES PLAYERS TO ENTER STOCKTON COED ROUND ROBIN
Any Super Series Alternate who would like to play the Stockton Coed Round Robin needs to
contact the tournament director immediately. Entries will be taken no later than 11:59pm Sunday February 22nd. If you intend to play the Stockton Coed Round Robin please let us know so we can remove you from the Alternate list for this tournament.

[2] Players will report directly to first match site, not
necessarily to the Fremont Tennis Center.
[3] Some matches may be played under lights.
[4] Additional site may be used, Mission San Jose Community Park.
Players are responsible for transportation between sites.
[5] All withdrawals after entry closing date must be made in
writing to npugh@fremont.gov. and are subject to withdrawl
penalities.
[6] On match days withdrawls should be made by both phone and
email.
[7] Please review the NEW concurrent rules.

AS PER USTA NORCAL JUNIOR TOURNAMENT RULES..... Each event will be limited to 32 players and flighted into 4 compass draws. Selection and seedings will be done by the USTA NorCal office based on UTR.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, February 16, 2015 11:59:00 PM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
