First Match Loser Consolation - MS, WS
MW singles -FML Consolation Event will be held on Monday evening (approx. 6pm).
Join us for a 1 night, fun and innovative **One-on-One Doubles Format (**the half-court, serve-and-volley singles competition), along with prizes, pizza and refreshments.
Don't forget to sign up at the tournament desk after your first match.

All withdrawals, with explanation, must be received in writing. Email to ntctournaments@usta.com. No refunds after the entry deadline has passed.

Withdrawals with refund can be done online BEFORE registration closes. Go to "Edit Registration" on right hand side of "Important Info" section. No refunds for withdrawals after the entry deadline passes.

Checking in: IMPORTANT
Please enter the facility through our Indoor Training Center via parking lot B (overflow parking is located west of lot B in the Ashe TV lot OR in Lot D, located east of Lot B, over the bridge and to the left). Initial check-in is at the front desk in the main lobby where you will hand in your Release and Waiver form. Please be advised that a new security protocol is in effect. All guests and players must present an official, government ID with a current picture. Your ID will be scanned and an ID with your picture will be printed. Players will receive a 3 day wristband. Guests will receive a day pass after presenting their photo ID. Thank you for your cooperation.

Stringing: Stringing services are available on-site in our Full-Service NTC Pro Shop located in the Indoor Training Center's Main Lobby.

For Adult and Senior National Rankings: The Open Divisions are currently not ranked.

Practice Courts - December 26
Complimentary practice courts will be available on a first come, first served walk-in basis starting at 6am until matches begin on Monday, December 26 - early morning. Please check in at the reception desk for a court assignment (there could be up to 4 players per court and time may be limited. (If playable, outdoor courts may also be used for practice).

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, December 14, 2015 10:30:00 AM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
