If you are signed up to play doubles, you will play on Friday evening.
Two or Three Rounds will be played on Friday night, and one round will be played on Saturday morning.

If you CAN'T find your name in doubles, is because your partner DIDN'T sign up for it.
If you are still interested in playing in the doubles tournament, you and your partner(or parents) MUST email us ASAP to let us know.

The PARENT FORM and JUNIOR MEDICAL RELEASE FORM must be read and understood by the parent and the player. This form MUST be presented fully completed at the first match.

All players must have a Birth Certificate on file in the Southern Office for proof of US citizenship. Green cards will be accepted, but passports will not be accepted.

There will be NO REFUNDS if tournament is CANCELED due to extreme weather conditions.
Once the deadline for withdrawing and receiving a refund is past (Sunday, March 29 at 6 am) there will be no refunds.
This RULE is in the Friend at court.

Check in is MANDATORY for all players.
We will have the check in from 3-7 pm at SPA LES JARDINS TENNIS CENTER.
You MUST check in before you play your first match for SINGLES or DOUBLES.
If you are not playing DOUBLES at this tennis center, you still need to check in there before your first MATCH is played.

If you are not able to be there to check in on Friday evening, PLEASE READ BELOW:
PRINT out a Medical Release Form at home and have it already filled out and ready to turn in on Saturday morning at the check in desk at SPA LES JARDINS TENNIS CENTER before going to your first match to your designated location.
You can download the form from the USTA website.
YOU MUST complete that step in order to be able to play.

If weather conditions are bad, you need to contact your tournament desk phone at the site that you will be playing.

Traffic in the city of Lafayette is very hectic on Friday afternoons. The Interstate 10 will be very busy too.
Please give yourself enough time to move around the city to be on time for the check in or doubles matches.

Doubles will play an 8 games pro set, with a 7 point tiebreak in case they games are tied at 8 all.

FRIDAY: 2, possibly 3 Rounds of doubles will be played
SATURDAY: 1 or 2 doubles rounds
SUNDAY: Finals, and 3-4 playoff for doubles if not finished on Saturday
Please remember, Nothing cancels, unless it ALL cancels.

t will consist of a 32 single elimination Draw in ALL divisions

The official ball for the tournament is DUNLOP

Teams shall be seeded in order of their combine Standings.
Teams that have the same combined standings shall be seeded in the order of the total number of Doubles standings points held by each team.
Players with current top 50 USTA Standing, top 100 ITF ranking, top 10000 ATP or WTA rankings will be considered for seeding. Please, make the tournament aware of your status on any of these rankings.

The registration will OPEN on Tuesday March 24th and close on Friday March 27th at 11:59 pm CST.
You MUST sign up in the same age division that you were selected for singles.
We DO NOT partners players and CAN'T give out contact information for other kids.
Please, DO NOT email us asking for someone's contact info as we CAN'T give that information out.
BOTH PLAYERS must register online, indicating their partners at registration.

If you and your partner missed the deadline, we can still enter you just in doubles.
We will NOT accept any late entries after 12 pm CST on Sunday March 29th.
BOTH PLAYERS must email to jwahlborg1@gmail.com in order to be entered in the draw.
If your partner entered ON TIME, but you didn't, we need to hear from you to confirm that you agree withe the pairing. Otherwise we CAN'T assume that both players are supposed to be playing with each other; therefore we will no place you in the draw.
Simply said, if BOTH players do not register listing each other, they will not be entered into the draw as a team.
