PLAYERS' COMPLEMENTARY LUNCH TODAY BEGINNING AT 11:00AM. DONT
MISS IT!!
Seedings were based on Southern Standings, other section standings
and consideration was given to highly ranked players playing up in
age division.
Please allow ample travel time due to construction in the uptown
area. Nashville or State are the best route to Laurel Street.
Singles Draws will be limited to the top 32 players using the most
recent Southern Standings when entries close. For entrants outside
of the Southern Section, the discretion of the tournament committee
will be the deciding factor. Draws Posted Wednesday, July 29th @
7:00 pm.
The New Orleans Lawn Tennis Club dress code is in effect.
Boys: Traditional tennis collared shirts or New Orleans Lawn Tennis
Club t-shirts and tennis shorts must be worn. No sleeveless shirts
or soccer jerseys.
Girls: Traditional tennis attire. No t-shirts other than NOLTC
shirts. Please no jogging shorts, gym shorts or biking shorts.
Tennis skirts/dresses or tennis shorts please. An acceptable
tournament t-shirt will be given out at check-in.
Besides fruit or sports drinks, please no outside food or
beverages. No pets please. Smoking is not allowed on the
property.
The following conduct rules reach above and beyond those enforced
by the USTA. Players participating in this tournament are required
to abide by these facility rules of behavior on and off of the
court. These rules also apply to parents, coaches, siblings, and
other guests of the players.
The list below indicates the Facility Behavior Rules:
* No use of the word "suck" or any form of the word spoken or
spelled. * No use of expressions of frustrations with references to
deities (i.e. "Oh My God", "Jesus", "Jesus Christ", "Christ",
"God") either spoken or spelled. * No use of "freaking",
"frigging", or "fricking" or variations of such words either spoken
or spelled. Verbal rules apply to any language. We have officials
on sight that are fluent in many languages.
Anyone found in violation of these rules may be subject to a Code
Violation and receive suspension points.

USTA-MANDATORY MEDICAL RELEASE FORM-Each player that enters a USTA/STA/LTA sanctioned junior tournament must complete a medical Release form signed by his/her parent or guardian BEFORE
