The rain has stopped at Bay Area Racquet Club and radar looks promising for a window of clear weather. The Rain Plan is to proceed with an afternoon start playing no ad scoring, short sets, and a match tiebreaker for the third set if you split sets. We have been challenged by the weather conditions and appreciate your patience. I will not be updating match times on the original draws. Use the following schedule for your approximate match start time: . If your match was originally scheduled for 8 AM or 8:30 AM: Check in by 12:15 PM for a 1 PM start If your match was originally scheduled for 845 AM through 10 AM: Check in by 1:15 PM for a 1:45 PM start If your match was originally scheduled for 10 AM through 11:45 AM: Check in by 2:15 PM for a 2:30 PM start If your match was originally scheduled for Noon through 1:45 PM: Check in by 3:00 PM for a 3:15 PM start If your match was originally scheduled for 2 PM through 3PM: Check in by 3:45 PM for a 4:00 PM start If your match was originally scheduled for 3:15 PM through 6:45 PM: Check in by 4:45 PM for a 5 PM start If you plan to withdraw from the tournament please call 281-488-7026 and notify the front desk ASAP! . National: Adult, Senior, Super Sr-Local: 1x.
_TEXAS JUNIOR POINTS: Super Champs- Tier 5 Standing points;
Champs-Level 2 Ranking points.
This tournament provides no qualifying points for ZAT players, only
ranking points (not qualifying points) for Champ players and
standing points for Super Champ players.
SEEDING: USTA Texas recommends the "All Factors Method" of seeding
for Ad/Sr/SS divisions and that Committees use the Texas 12 Month
Rolling Standings List for initial considerations. If other
information is to be considered (such as head-to-head wins), emails
must be sent to the Tournament Director immediately after entry
deadline.

10 & Under Regulation - Junior Other Tournaments
All junior other sanctioned tournaments offer 10 & Under Orange Ball Division (orange ball, 60 foot court and 25 inch racquet) and 10 & Under Green Ball Division (green dot ball, 78 foot court and 27 inch racquet). Please register for the correct division based upon age, Challenger tournament credit / wins, etc. All tournament entries are verified by the section office. Excessive Overrule Guideline: The USTA Texas Officials Committee along with the Competitive Department has established a guideline in reference to excessive overrules as clarified in the Friend at Court. This guideline states "Once a player has been overruled for a second time in a match, they will be cautioned that after another overrule, they will be penalized for unsportsmanlike conduct under the point penalty system."
