The 2015 USTA Florida State Closed Championships will be held in Palm Beach Gardens @ BallenIsles Country Club, and PGA National Resort and Spa.

PGA National Resort and Spa will host the Men's 50's singles and doubles the weekend of October 23-25 with the on-site tournament director Bob Wuhrman (561-627-2000).

BallenIsles Country Club will host all Women's age divisions, all Men's age divisions, as well as all Mixed doubles and Family doubles divisions with on-site tournament director Trish Faulkner (561-775-4777).

Balls to be used for this event will be the Wilson US Open balls.

Please be certain to use a credit / debit card when entering this event with an expiration date that is valid.
