SCHEDULE OF PLAY
Please be aware that matches will start on Friday afternoon. No earlier than 1pm. It is expected that players be available for possible friday matches. If you have a conflict, the earlier you can advise us of this the more likely we can try to accommodate a later start time. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee to be able to honor a request until registration closes and we know the draw sizes in each division.

DRAW TYPES
All players in all singles divisions are guaranteed 2 matches in the tournament. We play out Consolation draws to their entirety. Doubles draws are all singles elimination (no consolation draw.)
The minimm entries needed for singles divisions to be run is 3 players and this will be run as a round robin.

SCORING FORMAT
All SINGLES matches for 12 through 18's age divisions will play 2 out of 3 sets regular scoring with a match tie break (to 10 points) used in leu of the 3rd set. All DOUBLES matches (12's through 18's) are an 8 game pro set with no-ad scoring. A tie breaker will be played at 8 all if necessary.
10 & UNDERS play 2 out of 3 short sets to 4 games, no-ad scoring with a 7 point tie break in leu of a 3rd set. 10 & Under doubles is one set to 6 games no-ad scoring. A tie break will be played at 6 games all if necessary.
8 & UNDERS play 2 out 3 games, first to 7 points wining by 1.

AWARDS
SINGLES First place awards will be given out to all divisions that run. 2nd place awards will be given in divisions with 5 or more players.
DOUBLES Only first place awards will be given out.

PARKING AT THE SITE
Please note that there is a second parking lot across the street from the tennis club and can be used for any over flow parking. There is to be NO PARKING on ANY GRASS anywhere. The plantation and tennis club abide strictly to this and it will be monitored. Anyone parked on the grass will be ticketed. Thank you for your co-operation with this.

South Carolina Tournament Level 4-Challenger: Beginning January 1, 2013, all CHALLENGER tournaments in SC will offer both yellow ball and green ball divisions for 12U play for the purpose of transition from the 10U orange ball. The 12U Green division is designated by "Quick Start: 12U" on the registration page. Play in the 12U green ball division will count toward the player's Current Standings.

Sportsmanship Responsibilities: All parents are encouraged complete the "Parenting My Champion" sportsmanship video before their player participates in this level tournament.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Tuesday, July 7, 2015 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
