ORANGE PLAYER SELECTION PROCESS
For Orange events, 8-16 players who signed up in each level were selected by the following criteria 1. Declared level (i.e. Orange) 2. Most amount of singles matches won 3. Combination of singles and doubles Matches won (there was a tie between players on most singles matches won)

ORANGE BALL SCORING AND MATCH FORMAT
All matches will be best 2
out of 3 short sets with a third set match tiebreak. A Compass Draw and Round Robin will be used for Singles and Doubles.

GOLDEN GATE BRIDGE CLOSURE
The Golden Gate Bridge will be closed the entire weekend of January 10-11, 2015. PLEASE PLAN YOUR TRIP ACCORDINGLY! Don't be late for your match! See below for more information regarding the closure: The Golden Gate Bridge will be closed to vehicle traffic the second weekend of January 2015. The roadway will be closed starting at 12:01am on Saturday, January 10 and will reopen at 4:00 am on Monday, January 12. The Bridge will be closed to install a moveable median barrier which will provide a safer and more efficient system of separating opposing lanes of traffic. The Bridge District is issuing a no travel advisory that weekend but if travel between San Francisco and the North Bay Area is necessary, there are several ways to get to your destination:
* Golden Gate Transit bus service will be allowed to cross the Bridge.
* Golden Gate Ferry will be offering expanded service that weekend, including late night service.
* Use alternate routes (Richmond and Bay Bridges)Bridge's east sidewalk will remain open to pedestrians and bicyclists but parking lots at the Bridge will be closed.

CHECK IN
We ask that you check in for each match no
later than 15 minutes prior to the start of your match. Make sure that you are ready to play when you check-in! Please fill water
jugs and use the restroom prior to checking in.

AWARDS
There will be awards for top finishers in each division (Boys 12 Green, Girls 12 Green, Boys 10 Orange, Girls 10 Orange)

SWEATSHIRTS
ALL participants will be given a sweatshirt for participating in this event.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Tuesday, January 6, 2015 1:00:00 PM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
