All NTRP Players Must Have an NTRP Rating

Concurrent Tournament Rule
A player shall not be entered at the time entries close in two or more USTA sanctioned tournaments scheduled to take place at the same time, in whole or in part, unless each Tournament Committee involved understands the situation, concurs in writing, and each agrees to accommodate the player’s schedule. The final decision rests with each tournament committee. If one tournament agrees to accept concurrent entries and accommodate the player's schedule but the concurrent tournament does not, the player may not enter both. If entries for the overlapping tournaments close on different dates, approval must be received from all Tournament Committees no later than the entry closing date that occurs last. Players who enter a tournament and play it to completion, may then enter another tournament with overlapping dates without permission. If a player violates this concurrent tournament rule ranking points earned in any concurrent tournament played will not count toward ranking or the Grand Prix Points Race and the concurrent tournaments will not count toward the minimum tournament requirement to qualify for Grand Prix.

Contact the Referee for Registration Issues or Concerns
(1) Until the closing of the registration, you can withdraw yourself online with your confirmation number -- email addresses and phone number above. (2) After the posting of the draws, please FIRST CALL the Referee and send an email, then send an email to the Deputy Referee. Withdraws are sometimes necessary and are only excused if they are for illness,injury,or emergency. Withdraws make before entries close can be handled by the player by going into your TennisLink record and deleting your entry. Withdrawals at least 7 days before play starts are eligible for a refund. If the withdraw is the day before the matches begin (Friday) or any other tournament playing days, please phone the tournament directly at 510-384-7255 - texts will accepted if you are unable to contact the Referee and Deputy Referee.

Important Registration Information
When registering to the tournament, please make sure to provide your contact information-- mobile and home phone numbers and email address--as we would otherwise be unable to reach you when needed--registration issues, schedule changes, withdrawals, weather issues, etc.

Check the Draw Close for each Match
All draws are subject to change. Please recheck draws for changes in time and or withdrawals. All changes made with 24 hours of tournament start will be phoned to the affected parties. Make sure to have all contact information with the USTA. Remember that both players on a team must sign up for doubles before the deadline.

Event Draws Information and Match Formats
(1) When signing up for a doubles event, you MUST identify you doubles partner--be sure that this person has entered the tournament--by using this person's USTA#. (2) All single Main Events: Format will be Best of 3 TB Sets with a match tiebreak (10 points) in lieu of the third set. In each event, a mandatory playoff match will determine the 3rd and 4th places. (3) All Doubles Events: Format will be the Best of 3 TB Sets with a match tiebreak (10 points) in lieu of the third set. (4) All events: Regular scoring will be used. (5) Be on time for your matches: Check in at the 15 minutes BEFORE your scheduled match times and be ready to play. Penalties for lateness will be enforced.

Withdrawals
(1) Until the closing date and time of the registration, you may withdraw yourself online with your confirmation number. Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Saturday, October 3, 2015 11:59:00 PM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
