For this tournament you may ONLY ENTER and be considered for ONE AGE GROUP. Also you must play doubles in the same division as singles.

Come back to this page on and click on the blue "Future Match Info Report" to find out your first match time as well as your Win/Loss time (W/L). Please be careful when reading this. The W/L times are in parentheses. Players from the same District will not play each other first round unless an alternate fills a spot or more than half the draw is from the same District.

SEEDED PLAYER WITHDRAWS AFTER START TIMES ARE POSTED
The Tournament Director is not required to re-seed his draw if a withdraw occurs after Friday at 12 noon before the tournament begins. The Alternate may be inserted on the draw line where the seed withdrew and no match times are affected for the remaining players. If the Tournament Director would like to re-seed the draw and change start times after the Friday, 12 noon deadline, he may. It is not required.

SITE INFORMATION
The tournament will be played at 2 outdoor sites and (if necessary) 1 indoor site.
Outdoor:
Harlem High School "HHS" 1 Huskie Cir, Machesney Park, IL Northwest side of high school.
Belvidere North High School "BNHS"9399 Beloit Road, Belvidere, IL. Right hand turn on Squaw Prarie Road.Northeast side of high school.
Indoor:
Forest City Tennis Center 7801 E. State Street, Rockford, IL (south east side of resort)

MATCH CHECK-IN
Match check in will take place for you at your first match site 30 minutes prior to the start of your first match. Tournament t-shirts can be picked up from the Guilford Tennis Center Saturday up until the end of the day's matches.

Order of Play:
Order of Play: SATURDAY: Play begins at 8am. Main Draw will play Rd of 64 and Rd of 32 followed by the Qualifying Rd of 32 FIC.
SUNDAY: Play begins at 8am. Main Draw will play Rd of 16 and Quarters. FIC will play the Rd of 32 FIC, Qualifying Rd of 16 and Rd of 16. MONDAY: Play begins at 8am. Main Draw will play Semi-Finals, Finals or 3/4 Playoff. FIC will play the Qualifying Quarters, Quarters. The Semi-Finals and Finals of the FIC will not be played out.

STRING
Stringing will be available on a first come first serve basis at the Forest City Tennis Center (7801 E. State Street Rockford IL 61108) . Saturday and Sunday rackets can be dropped off from 8:00 AM-7:00 PM. Club phone is 815-708-0901.
The sooner you drop off your racket for stringing, the sooner we can get them back to you. The club will open at 8:00 am on Saturday and Sunday morning.
Due to the limited selection of string FCTC has, please bring your own string.
Stringing price: $21 with your own string; $21 + String with string from FCTC

Practice/Warm-up Courts:
Two practice courts are available Friday and all days of the event at the Guilford Road tennis courts (5800 Guilford Rd, this is a small community park, not to be confused with the 14 court Guilford Tennis Center). Five courts are available for warm up Friday and all days of the event at the Guilford Tennis Center (5702 Spring Creek Rd Rockford IL 61114). Courts will be available at the tournament sites for warm up prior to the start of each day's matches at 7:00 AM.

Scoring:
The Singles Main Draw and the consolation will play 2 out of 3 sets with a 10-point tie-break in lieu of a 3rd set.

Awards:
Trophies will be given to the following players: Champion, Finalist, 3rd & 4th place, and winner and runner up of the Gold Division.. In addition, a Sportsmanship trophy will be awarded.
