DRAWS
Please make sure that you continue to recheck your draws throughout the tournament. We will do our best to contact players if they are affected
by a withdraw but ultimately it is the players responsibility to recheck
the match time/location. Please review the contact information that is
associated with your USTA membership, if it is not current we will not
be able to contact you.
For those who may have match time conflicts between two divisions, we have been working on those conflicts and will do our best to have them worked out. As the tournament progresses more conflicts will arise, those are unavoidable, we will handle those as they come up.

Withdraws and Refunds
If you are unable to participate in the
tournament please email Tournament Director Mark Hodge at tournaments@dta.org. Please include your name, age division,
cell phone number, and reason for withdrawing. All withdraws MUST be emailed. There are no refunds for withdrawals after the entry deadline or for
weather related cancellations of matches.

SEEDING
The preliminary seeding is published. We are currently working on the non-ntrp divisions and will have those up shortly. We will accept additional seeding information through 11:59pm Sunday, December 13.

REGISTRATION: Players must register at first match playing site
30 minutes prior to start of match.
SCHEDULE OF PLAY: As early as 8:00 am Saturday. Players will be
expected to play up to three singles matches per day.
HEADQUARTERS: Hosted by Dallas Tennis Association at various sites
in the Dallas area

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, December 7, 2015 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
