Monday Matches
All Monday match times are posted and will be played at the New Orleans Lawn Tennis Club. If you received a bye, your match in that division will be played on Tuesday.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE
No outside food or beverage may be brought into the Club. Players will be issued a temporary member number to use for purchases from the Club's Grill. Following the tournament, players will be mailed a statement of their charges and payment is due upon receipt.

Registration Desk
The registration desk will open Sunday, November 1st from 11-4.

Pets
NO Pets are allowed on the premises.

Player Parties
The player parties at the club will take place on Tuesday and Thursday evening.
|
Projected Schedule
This information is designed to help everyone make their travel plans, however, it may change depending upon the number of entrants and the weather. The first round of the MAIN DRAW of singles and doubles in both age divisions is scheduled to start on Monday, November 2nd.

Dress Code
Club Dress Code requires a traditional collared shirt or a NOLTC logo t-shirt. Shirts may not have any printed material on the front or back. A small logo on the upper chest or sleeve is permitted. Shoes suitable for clay court tennis are required. No other type of shoes will be allowed on the courts. Dress code applies to warm-up and tournament play. Shirts must have sleeves. Any colors are allowed. We are not an all white attire club. At check-in TWO shirts which meet the rules standard will be in the tournament ditty bag issued to each player, one short sleeve tournament t-shirt and one long sleeve dri-fit shirt.

Practice Courts
Starting Saturday, October 31st tournament players may use the courts at the New Orleans Lawn Tennis Club for practice free of charge. Players must abide by the dress code and sign-in on the member log for a court. Upon arrival please speak with the pro shop attendant for further rules regarding court usage.

Traffic Alert
Due to a massive amount of roadwork around the club, please allow an additional 15 minutes of travel time when coming to the club.

Satellite Courts
Due to a high number of entrants, Audubon Park will be used as a satellite site. The Audubon Park courts are conveniently located about 5 blocks from the club.

Consolation
Singles Consolation will be a modified feed-in for the first and second round. If the event is a 128 bracket, a separate draw will be created for the round of 32 losers. Players will be automatically placed in the consolation (no sign-up required). As a courtesy to other players, please inform the tournament desk as soon as possible if you choose not to participate in the consolation. Doubles Consolation will be a first match loser consolation.

Fitness Center
A seperate pair of shoes must be worn in the fitness that have never been on a clay tennis court.

The following hotels have room blocks set aside for the National 60 & 65 tournaments: Courtyard New Orleans Metairie- 2 Galleria Blvd., Metairie, LA 70001, (504) 838-3800. All reservations must be received by October 4th and the rate is $149.00 per night. The room block is under the New Orleans Lawn Tennis Club. Hampton Inn- Garden District Hotel- 3626 St. Charles Ave., New Orleans, LA 70115, 504-899-9990. All reservations must be received by October 2nd and the rate is $159.00 per night. Amenities include complimentary continental breakfast buffet and free parking. The room block is under code USTA Men's 60 & 65 Championships (UMC) Hampton Inn & Suites New Orleans Convention Center Hotel- 1201 Convention Center Blvd., New Orleans, LA 70130, 504-566-9990. All reservations must be received by October 2nd and the rate is $169.00 per night. Amenities include complimentary hot breakfast buffet. Self-parking is not offered, but valet parking is available for a fee.

ITF Sanction - Grade A National Championship. We will continue to use all factors seeding. Foreign players can obtain a free USTA account for entry by going to https://www.usta.com/en/home/account/create-account.html, or register directly with the tournament director. This tournament is sanctioned by the International Tennis Federation (ITF) as a national championship. Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. This tournament is a USTA CAT 1 National Championship and fulfills the eligibility requirement for USTA CUP selection. The Coman tiebreak will be used.

For Adult & Senior National Rankings: This tournament will calculate as a Category I (10x). Champions will receive 1000 points.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, October 19, 2015 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
