Doubles Information
Due to the numerous changes in partners, ALL PLAYERS MUST CHECK-IN ON FRIDAY, JULY 10TH at the DOUBLES REGISTRATION TABLE at the Racquet Club of Memphis TO BE ENTERED in the doubles draw. Doubles players that do not have a partner WILL NOT be paired with another player looking for a partner by the tournament committee. Check-In time is from 3:00 - 6:00 PM followed by a Mandatory Meeting from 6:00 - 6:30 PM. Thank you. **Please note, there will be 2 rounds of doubles played on Saturday, July 11th.

Alternate Information
Step 1: Check-In with Maggie Russell on Friday July 10th from 3:00-6:00p.m. Step 2: Pay your entry fee of $140.25 before you can be listed as an On-Site alternate. If you do not play doubles or make it to singles the entry fee will be returned to you. Step 3: Check your Standing around 10:00pm on Friday July, 10th. After all players have checked in, we order all the
On-Site Alternates according to their standings on the Girls’ 18 Clays National
Alternate List. We will post this list on the web site. Please check the
USTA website (Tournament ID #70001615) on Friday night to determine your
standing on the On-Site Alternate List. Step 4: Sign in at the tournament desk each morning. Must check in at 8:00am the first two days. All alternates must sign in on the alternate list on board on site. Step 5: Watch and Wait. If a player no-shows for a match or a player withdraws
before setting foot on the court for her first match, we then call the highest
ordered On-Site Alternate who has signed in on time to the Racquet Club
Tournament Desk, and that player will be placed in the draw.

There will be one
Official check-in this year.
Check-in for the 192 qualified players will
be
Friday, July 10th from 3-6 PM,
followed by a mandatory players meeting from
6-7 PM.
You will receive your envelope of instructions
upon check-in. If you are unable to check in between these times, please
contact the Tournament Director by phone. Anyone not heard from by 6:00 PM on
day of check-in will be replaced in the draw by an Alternate.

Hotel Information
Doubletree and the Marriott are
the official hotels of the USTA Girls' 18 National Clay Court
Championships. Doubletree is 50 yards from The Racquet Club, has
dining facilities and airport transportation, and has given this tournament a
discounted rate of $109 per night for the girl participants. The Marriott
is located 3 miles from the Club and also will host the coaches. Rooms have
been blocked off for the tournament. Please
make your reservations prior to Tuesday, June 30th (this is the deadline to hold ALL the rooms for the
tournament).

Player Housing Info.
Request for housing
must be made by calling the Tournament Office at 901-765-4458 no later than
Sunday, June 21, 2015. Cost for housing is $100.00. Please send a
separate check to the Tournament Site made payable to The Racquet Club of
Memphis. No housing in private homes will be provided for any
parent or coach. We will try to honor requests where contestants wish to
be housed together. If for any reason you have requested housing and your plans
change before the Tournament, you must contact the Tournament Office
immediately so that your housing family may be notified.

Mandatory Player Meeting
There will be a mandatory meeting
for all players at 6:00 p.m. Friday July, 10th held
on Court 4 outdoors at The Racquet Club of Memphis. This meeting will only last
30 minutes to an hour. All important information regarding sites, practice
courts, first match times, transportation, club access, etc, will be discussed
at this meeting.The group photo for 2015 will also be taken at this time. Make
sure that you are at this mandatory meeting.There will be NO PRACTICE COURTS
open 6:00 - 7:00 pm on Friday, July 10th. All first match times will be
available at the player meeting. During your check-in, you will be able to
check your time and book your practice court for the next day.No player times
or practice courts for Sunday will be available until after the Mandatory
Player Meeting.

Player Transportation
Transportation
from the airport is available upon request by calling the Tournament Office at
901-765-4414 at least TWO DAYS PRIOR to arrival. Transportation will also be
provided between sites for TOURNAMENT MATCHES ONLY. If you need transportation, you must check at The Tournament Desk
to let them know you need transportation. Otherwise, the shuttle does not
go to the sites. Most hotels will have a shuttle that can get you to and from
The Racquet Club should you need it.

YOU ARE WITHDRAWING BEFORE THE DEADLINE (June 11th)
Go to the tournament's USTA TennisLink Home
Page - ID#700001615. Once on the G18 Clays page,
click on the "Register Now" text in red – which is what you had to do
when you registered for the event. When you arrive at the next page,
click on "WITHDRAW" on the left hand side of the screen. YOU
WILL NEED YOUR CONFIRMATION FROM YOUR ORIGINAL REGISTRATION TO WITHDRAW ONLINE.
Because your credit card has not been charged prior to the entry deadline, no
refund needs to be made. If you cannot locate your confirmation number, contact
linkteam@usta.com. IF
YOU ARE WITHDRAWING AFTER JULY 26:
Immediately
contact Maggie Russell via phone at 901.765.4458 AND via email at
tennis.office@racquetclubofmemphis.com. WE MUST HAVE A WRITTEN RECORD OF
THE WITHDRAWAL VIA EMAIL. Please make sure to email from the same email
account listed in your registration. If you withdraw by JULY 26, you may be eligible for a full refund of $140.25 for entry fee. However, if a written statement
that the withdrawal is for injury, illness, or personal emergency is NOT
received by June 30, 2015, the player receives suspension points for
withdrawing without a legitimate reason. IF

Entry Requirements and Registration
USTA National Championship
sectional quotas will apply.USTA membership is required. Entry must be made via
the USTA Registration System. The TennisLink ID # is 700001615. Deadline
for entry is Thursday, June 11, 2015, by 11:59 AM Eastern Time. Cost is $140.25 for one event. Cost is $140.76 for 2 events.
Additional fees may apply if registered for 3 or more events through the USTA
website. **Please confirm that your entry went through
and was accepted. Just because you register does not mean you will be accepted
to play. Singles Draw of 192, Doubles is a 96 draw size. USTA Registration for Singles entries closes
on July 10th. Doubles entries close at 6:00 PM on Friday, July 10, 2015 at
Check-In. All Doubles entrants will need to confirm their entry on
Friday, July 10, 2015. There will be a Feed-In Championship Tournament in the
Singles through the Quarterfinals. There will Documented seeding and ranking
information is imperative if you wish to be considered for seeding.

Practice Courts
PRACTICE COURTS: Friday, JULY 10, 2015
Practice
courts will be available at the Racquet Club of Memphis on Friday, July 10th,
from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. NO practice courts will be available during the
Mandatory Players Meeting. You must call The Shop at The
Racquet Club at 901-765-4444 to reserve a court. You can book ONLY one court in
advance for one hour. There is no charge for the practice courts.
Players only on-site. No coaches are allowed to hit on-site. If you are coming into town earlier than Friday, just give Maggie
Russell a call in the office at 901-765-4458, and he will see what she can do
to arrange practice court time for you. PRACTICE COURTS ON TOURNAMENT
DATES: JULY 11-18, 2015
Practice courts beginning Saturday will be available from 6:45-7:15 OR
7:15-7:45 for players only. Players may sign up at check in Friday, July 10th
for Sunday courts. Beginning Saturday, players may sign up in person at
the main site tournament desk for the following day's courts. For main draw
players coming in early looking for practice later, there are 3 courts
"off-site" at Colonial Country Club that you can book from 9:00 AM to
4:00 PM. To sign up, contact Maggie in the Tennis Office at 901-765-4458. DO
NOT CALL COLONIAL TO BOOK COURTS. They will not take your
bookings. Practice courts beginning Saturday, July 11, may be reserved at
The Tournament Desk. PLAYERS ONLY may sign up each day for a practice
court for the following day. Coaches, parents, or player representatives
are NOT allowed to sign up for players' practice courts. If two players
would like to be on the same court, BOTH PLAYERS MUST BE PRESENT. Courts are
assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis only.

Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration.
