ENTERING THE TOURNAMENT
The preferred method of entering the tournament is via the online registration system (click on the "Register Now" link near the top of this web page). If this is not convenient for you, please feel free to request a printed entry blank and we will send you one by regular mail, by fax or by email depending on your preference. Please note that the fees are lower if you use the online registration system due to the extra handling manual entry requires.

Further Notes about Entering the Tournament
When you use the online registration system to enter the tournament, please be certain to provide your email address, your cell phone number, and grant the tournament permission to contact you. (1) If you provide your email address, you will receive an automatic message confirming your entry in the tournament and providing you with a reference number that can be used to modify your entry prior to the entry deadline. (2) If you provide your cell phone number, it will enable us to contact you during the tournament to update you on important match information such as schedule changes, defaults, weather delays, etc.
