Concurrent Tournament Rule
A player shall not be entered at the time entries close in two or more USTA sanctioned tournaments scheduled to take place at the same time, in whole or in part, unless each Tournament Committee involved understands the situation, concurs in writing, and each agrees to accommodate the player’s schedule. The final decision rests with each tournament committee. If one tournament agrees to accept concurrent entries and accommodate the player's schedule but the concurrent tournament does not, the player may not enter both. If entries for the overlapping tournaments close on different dates, approval must be received from all Tournament Committees no later than the entry closing date that occurs last. Players who enter a tournament and play it to completion, may then enter another tournament with overlapping dates without permission. If a player violates this concurrent tournament rule ranking points earned in any concurrent tournament played will not count toward ranking or the Grand Prix Points Race and the concurrent tournaments will not count toward the minimum tournament requirement to qualify for Grand Prix.

WELCOME
Welcome to those of you who will be new to our tournament this year and special thanks to the returning players who made our first event last year such an overwhelming success! As a Grand Slam tournament this year, you know you can look forward to more Grand Prix points, more awards, and more tennis, but we're even resurfacing the courts to make sure this is the best venue for you. When registering for a doubles event, you MUST provide your doubles partner's name and USTA number and both of you must be registered to be entered into the draw. Please make sure your phone number and e-mail are current web registering for the tournament. Of course, you'll get a free t-shirt when you check in, but we're also planning on additional amenities to show we value your participation. Snacks and water will be provided throughout the tournament and we'll have lunch for you on Saturday as well as a welcome gift.

FORMAT
Warm-up courts will not be available after the start of the tournament each day; however, additional courts are available nearby at Dry Creek Community Park, Tetotem Park, and Pokelma Park. Draws are limited to 8 entries (singles or doubles) per division; however, we reserve the right to increase one or more divisions, if we have court availability. Any division with fewer than 3 entries will be cancelled. The format will be single elimination, regular scoring, best 2 out of 3 with a 10pt tie break in lieu of a third set. Divisions with only 3 entries will be scheduled in a round robin. There will not be a consolation flight, however, awards will be given for 1st through 4th place so there will be a play-off match for 3rd and 4th.

Parking
We are located in a residential area and ask that everyone park in the parking lot rather than in front of the homes across from the courts. If you're using GPS, the best address to input is 7909 Falcon View, Antelope, CA. Coming from I-80W, exit on Antelope Blvd and turn right. Turn right on Don Julio Blvd and Left on North Loop Blvd. Turn left on Falcon View and continue to the end of the street. Courts will be on the right and parking lot is on the left of the circle.
