SORRY WE HAD SOME SOFTWARE ISSUE BUT I THINK WE HAVE EVERYTHING WORKED OUT & NOW POSTED! THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE. EVERYONE MUST CHECK IN AT LEAST 15 MINS PRIOR TO TIME POSTED ON THE DRAW. THIS WILL HELP US STAY ON SCHEDULE. REMEMBER IF BOTH PLAYERS CHECK IN EARLY & A COURT IS AVAILABLE YOU MAY GET TO GO ON EARLY! Reminder it is only 1 event cause it's a 1 day tournament & Guaranteed at least 3 rounds (depending on byes) so they could not get in 5-7 matches in 1 day. Also reminder 16 draws will have feed in consolation & all draws will have playoff for 3rd & 4th! We are trying to give them the maximum amount of matches to achieve the most points!

This is a one day event. Do not sign up for doubles online, email me before the deadline and if we can make it work, we will. Again do not sign up for doubles on line, because they will charge you an online fee that is not refundable. this is not our fee but an online entry that active.com charges.

If the events grow too large then we may have to use short sets for consolation & playoffs in order to get all matches completed so they receive maximum amount of points! Scoring format will be posted Friday morning after all draws & schedules are complete.
