WELCOME DESK & TOURNAMENT DESK
Two steps before you can play your match. First Step Welcome desk. Welcome desk is a one time stop. You will pick up your t-shirt, turn in SC medical form(available on line), verify contact number and PAY additional fees for players that signed up for Novice events but are playing Challenger. This can be checked ahead of time. Just look on tournament homepage under applicants and check what events you entered. If you are playing any event other than Co-ed 8 or 10 and Under - you are playing in the Challenger Division and will owe the difference at check-in for singles and or doubles. Once you finish at the Welcome desk your..... Second Step - Tournament Desk. Tournament desk is where you will check in before EVERY match. Suggest 20 - 30 minutes before scheduled match time.

Novice vs. Challenger Tournaments
The difference between Novice and Challenger Tennis Tournaments is basically the length of tournament and the reason fees are different. Novice are one day tournaments with RR format. Challengers are three day tournaments. For this tournament all 12,14,16 &18 events will be Challenger.
|
Entries In Wrong Event
As draws are being prepared, this is to alert you to the fact that due to a change, you MAY have a balance due at check in. Possible reasons include; 1. Added to doubles 2. Registered as a Novice but playing in the Challenger (Novice rate is lower due to the fact of that it is a one day tournament opposed to three day). Check your records. I should be able to give you exact balance upon request if you have trouble calculating. Thanks again for your participation!
