USTA Intermountain Level 4 Labor Day Masters BG12s

We are using two sites for the Boys and Girls 12's.
The BOYS will play all singles matches through main draw semi's & back draw quarters at Centennial Middle School 2205 Norwood Ave, Boulder.
Due to the daily rains for the last week, the company contracted to resurface the tennis courts at North Boulder Rec Center were not able to complete the project which started last week. Nets are down and courts are half finished. Rain expected tomorrow therefore, a change is inevitable.
The majority of the GIRLS draw will now play South Boulder Rec Center Saturday and Sunday moving to Centennial on Monday.
The DOUBLES draws will also be moved to South Boulder Rec Center on Friday.

PLAYER PARTY AND CHECK-IN
All players are invited to attend the Player Party scheduled for 12:00-2:00 p.m. at the Millennium Harvest House Hotel in Boulder at 1345 28th St. The party includes Jimmy John’s subs and a free gift bag! Check-in is not mandatory. For matches please make sure you check in 15 minutes early. ?

DRAWS AND MATCH TIMES

The earliest doubles rounds start Friday, August 29 3pm. The earliest singles rounds start in the morning Saturday, August 30 8am. All singles draws are double elimination and doubles draws are single elimination. Singles finals, playoff for 3rd and 4th and quarters and semis of consolations will be played Tuesday. Consolation finals will not be played due to the number of matches per day that can be played using a best of three scoring format.

SCORING
All singles matches are best two out of three sets, and all doubles matches are eight game pro-sets with a seven point tie-breaker at eight-all.

SCHEDULE REQUESTS
Due to the large number of out of state participants no schedule requests are possible. In terms of return flights please make arrangements so you can complete all of your rounds of play. All tournament play will be completed by late afternoon on Tuesday, September 2.
