Welcome to the Westside Club Fall Challenger! USTA-SC gives us ample time for everyone to plan schedules, but with the amount of time it takes to prepare the best possible tournament for our players, we encourage you to enter early. No late entries will be accepted.

MEDICAL RELEASE
MEDICAL RELEASE FORM USTA requires a medical release SIGNED BY THE PARENT OR GUARDIAN for every player prior to their first match. South Carolina Tournament Level 4-Challenger: Beginning January 1, 2013, all CHALLENGER tournaments in SC will offer both yellow ball and green ball divisions for 12U play for the purpose of transition from the 10U orange ball. The 12U Green division is designated by "Quick Start: 12U" on the registration page. Play in the 12U green ball division will count toward the player's Current Standings.

Sportsmanship Responsibilities: All parents are encouraged complete the "Parenting My Champion" sportsmanship video before their player participates in this level tournament.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, August 17, 2014 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
