IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR SUNDAY MATCHES!!!
Match times are posted on the draws for Sunday weather permitting. Rain is forecasted for the early morning. Please check the website early for any changes to match schedule. If rain prevents us from playing outside we will move indoors and your match time will likely change. All new match times will be posted in the information section of the main tournament page. Match times will not be changed on the draws! Make sure you check the main page frequently for all updates before you head to Westside Club.

Tournament Check In
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of your FIRST match for tournament and match check in. After your first match check in for all future matches should be 15 minutes before scheduled playing time.

Boys and Girls 10's Division
Boy's and Girl's 10's divisions will be played on a 60' court using a low compression orange ball. Racquet size is limited to a 25" or smaller. Draw format will be determined by the number of participants. Scoring format as follows: 2 out of 3 short sets using add scoring, first to 4 games (win by 2) 7 point tiebreak at 4-4. 7 point tiebreak for 3rd set (win by 2). Doubles will be a 6 game pro set.

Please visit this site often for tournament updates and messages. In the event of bad weather, we will update any change in match times as quickly as possible.

Match Format
Singles main draw and consolation will play a 10 point match tiebreak in lieu of a 3rd set. If you split sets, you are entitled to a 3 minute set break and on-court coaching is allowed. If you leave the court, you will forfeit your time to receive coaching. All doubles will play an 8 game pro set with a 7 point tiebreak played at 8-8.

12U Boys and Girls Divisions
We will be offering both yellow ball and green ball divisions for 12U play for the purposes of transition from the 10U orange ball. The 12U Green division is designated by "Quick Start 12U" on the registration page. Play in the 12U green ball division will count towards the player's Current Standings,

Doubles
Obtain your doubles partner's USTA # and sign up online before entries close. You may sign up without a partner and we will randomly pair you with another player seeking a partner if one is available. For planning purposes we cannot accept late entries into doubles.

Sportsmanship Responsibilities
All parents are encouraged to complete the "Parenting My Champion" sportsmanship video before their player participates in this level tournament.

As soon as we make a decision concerning weather delays we will immediately post the information on this site. The Referee reserves the right to change the scoring format and/or court surfaces due to inclement weather.

All parents are strongly encouraged to view the "Parenting My Champion" sportsmanship video before their player participates in SC L4 or L5 tournaments. In addition, we encourage all parents to view the video, regardless of the level of experience or level of play the player is currently competing.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, March 10, 2014 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
