THE DEADLINE FOR GIVING US CONFIRMATION ON YOUR DOUBLES PARTNER IS FRIDAY APRIL 4TH AT 5 PM. DO THIS EVEN IF YOU SIGNED UP ONLINE WITH A PARTNER AS I ONLY USE EMAIL CONFIRMATION TO PAIR TEAMS UP.

ALL DIVISIONS WILL BE A 64 DRAW WITH A MODIFIED FEED IN. THE FIRST AND SECOND & THIRD ROUND MAIN DRAW LOSERS WILL FEED INTO THE CONSOLATION EVENT. THE PLAYERS WHO LOSE IN THE MAIN DRAW QUARTERFINAL ROUND WILL GO INTO A SEMIFINAL PLAYOFF DRAW (WINNER OF THIS WILL TAKE 5-6 PLACE) THE PLAYERS WHO LOSE IN THIS SEMIFINAL PLAYOFF DRAW WILL TIE FOR 7TH PLACE) MAIN DRAW LOSERS OF THE SEMI FINALS WILL PLAYOFF FOR 3-4 PLACE. THE CONSOLATION FINALS WILL BE FOR 9-10 PLACE. Doubles is single elimination and the format is an 8 game pro set with a 10 point tie break at 8 all.

Everyone who wishes to play in this tournament that has been accepted must fill out and sign a USTA Release and Waiver and present it to the tournament before they play their first match. more info

Practice Courts at Indian Wells Tennis Garden:
Practice courts are available for $10 per hour per court. On day of matches practice courts are available before First matches of the day for no fee. Can not guarantee practice courts during the days of play at the Garden. Please refer to the Practice courts on this site.

Fly into Palm Springs International Airport. The next closest is Ontario which is about 90 miles away.

In general, sites will permit players on the day of their matches to warm up before they begin for no fee... IF… there are available courts. Refund of Entry Fees. The Tournament Committee is only required to refund a player’s entry fee if:
• the entry is not accepted or
• the withdrawal is for previously authorized entry into another tournament.
In all other cases (such as withdrawals for illness, injury or personal circumstances), a refund is not required.

THIS YEAR THE EASTER BOWL IS A NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP LEVEL 1A. THIS MEANS THAT THERE ARE NO WILD CARDS AND ALL DRAWS ARE 64 PLAYERS. YOU CAN ONLY SIGN UP FOR ONE AGE DIVISION. YOU CAN NOT SIGN UP FOR TWO DIFFERENT AGE DIVISIONS HOPING TO GET IN THE OLDER ONE.
