All participants will receive a tournament T-Shirt. Please enter your T-Shirt size when registering (or email Jo) so we can attempt to get all players their proper sizes.

Awards will be given to the champion and 2nd finalist of each division. In the event that there were only 3 participants in a division that play a round robin, only the a 1st place award will be given.

All Singles matches will be best 2 out 3 sets with 3rd set 10 Point Match Tiebreak. All doubles matches will be an 8 game pro-set.

Draws with 3 players will play a round robin format. All others will play a First Match Losers Consolation. Every player is guarenteed 2 matches. Doubles will be single elimination. No back draws.

The Host site will be TennisClub of the Low Country at Rose Hill. Located inside Rose Hill Subdivision on the Golf Course side. When entering inform the guards at the gate you are going to the tennis club. The facility features 6 clay courts, 3 lighted for night play. 1650 sq. foot clubhouse including locker rooms with shower and locker facilities.

For those players coming from out of town we have secured special rates just for tournament players at area hotels. The Comfort Suites in Bluffton is offering a price of $69.99 per night. We will use other sites within 1.5 miles of the club as necessary. We will provide directions for those that need them.

South Carolina Tournament Level 4-Challenger: Beginning January 1, 2013, all CHALLENGER tournaments in SC will offer both yellow ball and green ball divisions for 12U play for the purpose of transition from the 10U orange ball. The 12U Green division is designated by "Quick Start: 12U" on the registration page. Play in the 12U green ball division will count toward the player's Current Standings.
