I will have the entry lists corrected on Tues morning. There will be a difference between the Competitor List and the Applicants List. As long as you are on one of the lists we have you entered. Any one that is in an event by themselves, hopefully we will have additional entries by midnight to night.

Cook out and Run Roll Event
Players that would like to play in the Run Roll on Friday evening please call Newman Tennis Center (ask for Karen Ard) 706-821-1600 or email Richard Hatfield to sign up. The deadline will be Thursay Aug. 1st at 5pm.
The Run Roll event willl start at 5:30pm on Friday Aug. 2nd with the cookout to follow. Come join Donald Shapiro as he grillis hamburgers at NTC.

Parking
Do to changes with Forest Hills Golf Course all players must park in the NTC Front parking lot. Please do not use the Forest Hills parking lot.

First Aid Station
The First Aid station will be staffed by Walton Physical Therapists.

LATE ENTRANTS - USTA Georgia will allow late entrants to be accepted into all USTA GA tournaments, Levels 1-5, in the event that the draw is not full, provided that such late entrants do not affect the seeding and further provided that late entrants do not prevent timely entrants to be accepted into the draw under any circumstances. Accepting late entrants is at the discretion of the Tournament Committee. Seeds must be posted by 12 noon following close of registration. Once draws are posted, the tournament is closed and can no longer accept late entries.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, July 29, 2013 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
