Special Scheduling Requests will NOT be considered
Unfortunately, we are sorry to inform you that we will not be considering special scheduling requests for this tournament. In this event, we have players playing in multiple events with multiple people at multiple levels. This is a tournament players play all year to get in to, so please understand, all divisions should plan to play 1 match per day... no exceptions. The final Sunday is a rain date only, but yes, we have had rain issues 3 of 6 years so be prepared to play all 4 days. Generally, we follow a standard tournament format playing singles first, then doubles, then mixed each day.

Concurrent Tournament Rule
A player shall not be entered at the time entries close in two or more USTA sanctioned tournaments scheduled to take place at the same time, in whole or in part, unless each Tournament Committee involved understands the situation and concurs in writing. Players may play in concurrent tournaments provided those tournaments involved are advised of the conflict by the player prior to entry, and agree in writing to accept such concurrent entries and accommodate the player's schedule. The final decision rests with each tournament committee. If one tournament agrees to accept concurrent entries and accommodate the player's schedule but the concurrent tournament does not, the player may not enter both. If the player violates the rule against entering concurrent tournaments, such tournaments will not count toward ranking or Grand Prix points.
