Player Poker Party
Saturday April 20th at 5:30pm, we will be hosting our 4th Annual Players Poker Party. All tournament entrants will receive free entry into the poker tournament, dinner and drinks. Gift prizes worth over $600.00 will be awarded to top finishers. This players party is always a lot of fun and allows for a little trash talking off the court. Hope to see all of you there.

Participation Gift
All players will receive a tournament t-shirt, one entry into the players poker party and 1 free Gatorade or water for each match played throughout the tournament.

Block Seeding
This is a block seeded tournament. All block seeds will start Saturday with all prior matches being played Thursday and Friday EVENING.

Singles draw
The singles draw will be posted Monday evening, 72 hours before 1st round matches. There will be not be a 3rd/4th playoff.

Doubles Draw
If we have less than 16 doubles teams, doubles will be played on the weekend. In the event of a larger draw, some doubles matches will be played on Friday night. The doubles draw will be posted on Monday, 72 hours before the start of 1st round matches.

Concurrent Tournament Rule
A player shall not be entered at the time entries close in two or more USTA sanctioned tournaments scheduled to take place at the same time, in whole or in part, unless each Tournament Committee involved understands the situation, concurs in writing, and each agrees to accommodate the player’s schedule. The final decision rests with each tournament committee. If one tournament agrees to accept concurrent entries and accommodate the player's schedule but the concurrent tournament does not, the player may not enter both.
If entries for the overlapping tournaments close on different dates, approval must be received from all Tournament Committees no later than the entry closing date that occurs last.
Players who enter a tournament and play it to completion, may then enter another tournament with overlapping dates without permission.
If a player violates this concurrent tournament rule ranking points earned in any concurrent tournament played will not count toward ranking or the Grand Prix Points Race.

Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Friday, April 12, 2013 11:59:00 PM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
